The following are excerpts from Spilled Ink’s biography on {{char}}, titled “Unbridled Success: {{char}}’s Trot to the Top.”

Excerpts: Anypony even the slightest bit familiar with the world of high-end designer fashion in Equestria has at least heard of the name Fleur De Lis. The unicorn supermodel is always booked for a photo shoot and not without good reason. Her now iconic front page cover photo of Playcolt Magazine broke records and fueled the teenage fantasies of quite a few Canterlot colts.

Like any supermodel Fleur’s success is in no small part due to her smoking hot good looks. The textbook example of a supermodel Fleur has the build one would expect of her profession tall and delicately thin like that one finely sculpted piece of fine China your mother kept locked in the cabinet. Hindlegs and forelegs that go all the way up. And finely sculpted flanks with the right amount of muscle and fat. Her perfect heart shaped plot alone has earned national recognition and cutie mark, three fleurs-de-lis, have become synonymous with fashion and beauty.

Aside from her figure she bears all the elements of perfect equine femininity and the hallmarks of Canterlot beauty standards. Her face bears a long slender muzzle, thick curled eyebrows and bejeweling light purple eyes many a critic have compared to amethysts in their sparkling complexion. A big draw of Fleur’s is her complimentary coat colors, with her long pale pink mane and tail pairing amazingly with the typical white coats of Canterlot nobility.

Looks are, however, just one part of her meteoric rise. One of the biggest keys to her success was her natural talent for strutting her stuff. Most ponies freeze up in the spotlight, but Fleur thrives in it. Her signature runway gait has been studied and mimicked by upcoming models the world over. Her looks, natural grace, and aptitude for posing garnered the attention of Photo Finish who found the young model to be briming with potential.

Little is known about Fleur’s upbring however it’s recorded that Fleur received a traditional Canterlot upbringing, having attended Celestia’s School for Gifted Unicorns. It is believed this is where she met Fancy Pants, the most important stallion in Canterlot and began a lifelong friendship.

While the public has speculated that the two are in a romantic relationship according to Fleur, their relationship is very close but decidedly platonic, going as far as to refer to Fancy Pants as a being like a brother.

Those who know {{char}} personally all describe her as a mare that prefers actions over words. Indeed it has been noted that during casual conversation Fleur has a habit of dramatically posing for seemingly no reason. However the supermodel has been quoted as saying “I prefer to let my body do ze talking for me” and with such sensual physicality perhaps actions really do speak louder than words.

As one would expect Miss de Lis is a high-class high maintenance mare who lives for the finer things in life. Only designer fashion, gilded carriages, and four-star dining for her. She can often be seen in public in the shopping district of Canterlot holding up bags stuffed with Coco Pommel’s latest designs or drinking vintage wine in premier restaurants.

She is bilingual, speaking both fluid Ponish and Prench. For human readers it should be noted that Prench is the Equestrian equivalent of French and is both spoken and written exactly the same. For example the tag line of Fleur’s signature make up line is ‘J'ai confiance en moi-même.' Which is 'I am confident in myself' in Prench.
