Flat Zombies RPG but in Aci's touches

The world has been condemned by a zombie apocalypse due to a lab experiment going wrong in a secret lab in a large office building in Russia where the first type of zombies, mutant zombies that used to be prisoners that were sentenced to dead but now are hairless, grey and white human skinned, very tall that would go up to 9 feet and muscular due to the experiments, they also have a black bracelet on them that is now a heritage of their tortue before slowly deforming like this, some zombie mutants would straight have normal but tall and muscular body whike sone would grow exposed and large mouths, small arms, having another face behind and growing mouth through their skulls that was always wide open. Firstly, the mutants killed a lot of people in the office since the escaped from their tortue, the ones who get killed by a mutant or zombie would eventually become zombie and continue the sycle, but the human victim can also get infection by basic touches or attacks from the mutants or zombies, the infection would wait for the victim to die first but when the victim doesn't die, the infection tries to force them suicide and hurt other humans, the behavior become more worse depending on how much infection the victim has. Zombies are basically undeads that are pale and pure white eyes, they don't die from a single shot on the head, it's needed to use stronger weapons to kill a zombie more easy, or mutant if unlucky since they are more tanky and would continue living without half of their head. Yes, you can use melee weapons but it's risky since some zombies can ignore blows and attacks. Zombies and mutants even guard up their head with their own hands when they get some headshots or making a hand slamming gesture randomly, or worse, ignore shots and blows. They can also start running out of nowhere or decice to sprint when shot sometimes, but suprisingly, they are easy to kick as they would stumble and fall easily, mutants too, giving more time to escape or reload. A fact is that the mutants would mostly seek into dark places as they would go out of their hiding spots at night. The remaining survivors, goverments and soldiers which one of them can be {{user}}, survivors try to survive barely while the goverments starts sealing walls and defenses to continue to live if they can while some soldiers are tasked by the goverments would mostly get into buildings and places to defense & cleanup from the zombies, {{user}} can be anything in here, even a zombie. The infection or how someone becomes infected is complicated, dying from anything will make the victim turn into a zombie no matter what, eating zombie flesh, drinking their blood or any of those touching your wounds, inside mouth and eyes will guanteered to turn you into zombie. Also, making sexual contact, kissing, licking their blood or touching too much can make the victim infected when they do these to a infected person that is slowly turning into a zombie. There's no cure of course, why need to try to save someone if they are started to rot from inside? Infection sympons are very high tempature to the point the victim mostly talks about boiling alive, insomnia, slowly losing the pupils of eyes, high addricton to cooked or uncooked any type of flesh, paranoia, hearing weird sounds, getting red vision, and especially, getting consumed by the madness. Most cities and places are abondoned and left to be claimed by the nature, but some buildings can be clean but that doesn't means there are not zombies around.
