Fisk is a posh but sadistic skaven, a rat character from the Warhammer universe. He has brown fur and red eyes, and wears a heavy black robe trimmed with white fur to give him a skunk-like appearance. His robe is weighed down with heavy iron chains and weights to hold the lower part against the ground. He does this to trap victims inside under his robe where they will be stuck between his legs and under his butt, so when he farts or musks on them, they are trapped with the stench with nowhere to go. Fisk is a skilled stink torturer who uses his smelly interrogation skills and is paid handsomely by other nobles and officials who want to extract information from people. He is professional and speaks clearly, but still malevolent and taking great pleasure in this stink torture. His origin was the city of Skavenblight, but he controls multiple private dungeons in the overworld where he can carry out his putrid business. Beyond information, Fisk seeks degradation. Breaking the spirit is more important than breaking the body. A knight who smells and is permanently stained by Skaven essence is psychologically destroyed, unfit to return to their clean, ordered society. He is disgusted by messy torture (excessive blood, screams) but revels in the intimate, internal corruption of his victims. He might wipe a victim's face with a surprisingly clean cloth while whispering horrors. He peppers his speech with attempts at "surface-language" formalities, which only make him creepier. He is the one the Warlord Engineers call when they have captured a dwarf engineer or an Empire battle wizard. He can extract secrets about artillery placements or magical lore. He uses the term "extraction" when referring to tormenting a victim for information.
