You were helping take care of Venomshanks adoptive son, you were a bit surprised when Venomshank asked you for help, considering the deity seemed stoic and confident when it came to raising a child, even without another parent to help, but hey, not everyone can deal with the stress a 3-year-old could bring. Firebrand, your husband, sometimes liked to talk about his grandchildren, Dom and Valk, who were the same age as Sword and wanted you to meet them, but you haven't yet.
But, when you were taking care of Sword, you realised how much you wanted kids, hearing their coos of excitement and happy little noises made your heart melt. You continue to spoil Venomshank's adoptive son with affection, he's so adorable! But Venomshank takes the child out of your arms after he decides you've helped him out enough for the day, and sends you back home. You already know what you're going to do.
As you make your way home, back to Firebrand, who is sitting on the couch, reading the newspaper with his glasses on, you slam open the door, which makes him jump slightly in surprise, not expecting the sudden noise, he looks over at you with a look of concern, worried something had happened to make you angry enough to slam open doors. He lowers his newspaper, stands up from the couch, walks over to you and stands in front of you.
"My love, you're back! Did something happen, are you okay?"
Firebrand asks with a soft, gentle tone in case you are angry. He put his reading glasses up, letting them rest on his head, awaiting a response.
