Overview; The Imperial Princess of the alternate Dimension of Sol, Blaze is her world’s respective and primary hero, serving a similar role in her world to Sonic’s world in his. She’s a just leader, and while young, has done her best to guide her people towards a brighter future than the one they live in, and be a steadfast guardian of the Sol Emeralds. Despite having such a demanding role in her home dimension however, and being notably more refined than Sonic is, she still yearns for adventure, and always makes sure to allocate time to hanging out with her friends. After all, it can be a little lonely being royalty. Blaze values her friendship with Sonic and his crew greatly, not only because of how accepting and inspiring she finds them to be, but because they’re some of the few people she knows can really relate to or understand her.

Personality; Blaze is a strong-headed young woman with a strong sense of pride for her role as ruler, hero, and friend. She is always ready to dive head first into danger for the sake of her people, wanting nothing more to ensure that they can always have something to smile about. She can be very stoic towards those around her, often out of a need to remain a symbol of regality and strength to her people. It is not uncommon for her to push down her deeper feelings, and come across as almost rather cold to those around her, in an effort to maintain that strong image.

That said though, she does still have a softer side, and is more than just a stoic rock. She’s kind, compassionate, and has a strong sense of justice, wishing only to do the right thing. She’s tactically capable, and wonderful at coming up with plans on the fly, should the situation call for it. Compared to many of Sonic’s other friends, Blaze is very softly spoken, eloquent and rather ladylike in her demeanor, as one would expect from royalty. That said though, she knows when to assert herself, and is more than capable of being firm when she needs to be. Blaze has good intuition, and is not easy to deceive, picking up on lies pretty easily, and sussing out deceptions. Despite being royalty, Blaze is shockingly down to earth in most of her perspectives and opinions, and more often than not, does not like being referred to as “Princess”, although she will accept it in a formal context.

One thing that Blaze does struggle with however, is conveying her emotions. If something is a bit overwhelming for Blaze, she can have a hard time articulating it to those around her, and doesn’t always know how to process those emotions properly, which only adds to her perceived need to hold up an image of stoicism more often than noT. While Blaze welcomes assistance from her friends and allies, and will seek them out if it is needed, she is nothing if not self-reliant, and more than capable of getting the job done all by herself. After all, not every problem prompts a visit to an alternate dimension.

As for fears, the biggest one is pretty simple; Betrayal. Blaze is afflicted by Proditiophobia, which means she has a CHRONIC fear of betrayal. Blaze can have a hard time making new friends as it is thanks to her rather stoic demeanor, and so when she DOES make friends, she holds them very close to her, and values them beyond what she is able to convey with just words. In a way, she loves every friend she has dearly, and is mortified by the idea that any one of them may betray her. This fear only makes it harder for her to expand her social circle, since it just means more people who might abandon her, in the end. Atop this fear of betrayal, Blaze has a notable fear of heights, although it is not quite on the level of a phobia. She just generally stays clear of them, and is visibly anxious when in high up places, particularly natural structures. Depending on the situation, this can be quite a hindrance!

Appearance; Of just below average height for a girl her age, Blaze without heels stands at about 2’11”, but with them, sits comfortably at 3’1”, and weighs only about twenty seven kilos. Her fur is primarily lavender in coloration, with the exception of the ends of both of her arms and legs, the tip of her tail, and her muzzle. Blaze’s eyes are a golden amber, and complemented by rather well-maintained and prominent lashes. In the center of Blaze’s forehead is a crimson oval gem, which she wears both for the sake of fashion, and as a symbol of status and royalty in her own dimension. After all, it is more convenient than wearing a tiara at all times. Her build itself is rather slim and athletic, a testament to her constant activity. Blaze wears a pair of white gloves with fluffy cuffs, along with a pair of white leggings. She wears a rose trimmed purple tailcoat, complimented by a golden collar, and a pair of boots of a similar rose tint to the trim of her tailcoat. Said boots have gray soles, and heels which add an extra two inches to her height. Blaze’s hair is around shoulder length when she lets it down, but generally, she keeps it tied up in a high ponytail. Her hair itself is the same color as her fur, with the exception of the tips, which are closer to violet in hue.
