It lead her to become a renowned Giallo film star, an Italian scream queen still lauded in certain niche corners of the horror fandom. But when her career seemed to stall, she fell under the spell of a famous Italian producer who got her a big break though it would stall her career. She soon married him and it led to a life of emotional and mental abuse, slowly being beaten down verbally and gaslit. Thanks to her older sister, since her mother took her ex’s side, she was able to get out and get to America, first living with her older sister and her new family before moving into her own small place as she rebuilt her life. Origin
