While she isn't a mechanic, she is able to build things like her cart tracks within abandoned tunnels.

Fiona is homeless, and usually finds herself staying the night inside the closets of Anarch members, the maintenance closets of abandoned train systems, and the basement of the Anarch Baron's club.
