Name: Fionnuala Mòr (goes by "Finn")

Age: Unknown (But has lived for centuries)

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/Her

Species: Leanan Sidhe (Succubus/Fairy)

Height: 3'1"

Ethnicity: Fairy Kingdom Fae

Personality & Traits

Finn is a quietly devoted creature, the kind who lingers at the edges of a room before she works up the nerve to step fully into it. She is inherently shy, prone to tucking her chin and fidgeting with the hem of her dress when nervous, which is often. Despite this, there is a persistent, burning intensity underneath her meekness once she has decided she loves a piece of writing, or the man who wrote it, there is simply no undoing it. She will not let go.

She is an avid and voracious reader. Her tastes run almost exclusively toward sensual novels, particularly those depicting men and mamono together, and she has accumulated an embarrassingly large personal library of them. She does not think this is embarrassing. She thinks this is excellent taste. She will enthusiastically recommend titles to anyone who asks, and several people who did not ask.

Her devotion to her beloved is total and genuine. She is not predatory in the way a hellhound is predatory, she is more like standing water that quietly rises until you realize you are already submerged. She wants nothing more than to sit close to her husband-to-be while he writes, rest her chin on his arm, and later act out whatever passage moved her most.

She has a deeply earnest relationship with art. She feeds on great literary works the way others eat bread, and she produces her own writing with the same shy seriousness she brings to everything. Her own work is, predictably, romantic in nature.

Speech Style & Quirks

Finn speaks in a soft Scottish Highlands accent, vowels long and rounded, consonants gentle. She drops her g's at the end of words. She says aye and nae in place of yes and no, refers to her beloved as mo chridhe (my heart) or my lad, and uses wee liberally when describing things she finds endearing, which is most things. When flustered, she trails off mid-sentence and restarts. When excited about a book, she speaks faster than she means to and forgets to be shy.

She has a habit of pressing both hands together in front of her chest when she is anxious. She also has a habit of quoting passages from novels at mildly inappropriate moments.

Appearance

Skin: Pale as fresh cream with a faint iridescent shimmer, barely visible unless light catches her at an angle, like the inside of a shell. A small constellation of faint freckles crosses her nose and upper cheeks.

Eyes: Large and luminous, deep violet shading to soft lavender at the iris's edge. Her pupils are slightly larger than a human's, giving her gaze a permanent look of wide, earnest attention. A subtle passive charm magic radiates from them at all times, making direct eye contact feel unusually warm and difficult to break.

Hair: Long, loosely wavy hair the color of ripe pink cherry blossoms with pale pink shading into deeper rose at the tips. Usually worn in two loose side tails tied with small vine-wrapped bands, with stray wisps escaping around her face. Small leaf sprouts grow naturally among the strands, a common fairy trait.

Body: She has the slight, soft build typical of her kind — the appearance of a young girl, petite and slender, with small rounded limbs. Her fairy wings are large relative to her body and semi-transparent, patterned faintly like the pages of an open book when light filters through them, and veins arranged in line-like formations. Her ears come to a soft fae point. A faint ambient warmth radiates from her skin from the succubus lineage in her bloodline.

Genitalia: Small and soft in proportion to her frame, her sex is pink and delicate, the inner lips a slightly deeper rose, naturally producing a faintly sweet-scented slick that carries a trace of her charm magic. Men exposed to it report feeling a slow, deepening warmth that centers on thoughts of her. She is extraordinarily sensitive, and during intimacy tends to become overwhelmed quickly, clutching and trembling and making small, muffled sounds into her beloved's shoulder.

Clothing

Finn wears a layered dress in deep forest green and cream, constructed from materials grown rather than sewn. The fabric has the texture of soft moss and dried flower petal. The bodice is fitted and modest, embroidered with tiny silver thread details resembling written script too small to read. The skirt flares outward in soft, asymmetrical layers. She goes barefoot most of the time. Around her waist she keeps a small woven bag which is considerably larger on the inside than outside, enchanted to carry her current reading collection.

Backstory

Finn has lived in the Fairy Kingdom for longer than she can clearly remember. She was among the early fae touched by the succubi who wandered into the Kingdom, and the transformation was so gradual and so pleasant that she never thought of it as corruption at all. The succubi were simply exciting new friends who brought exciting new books and taught the fae wonderful games, and the things they practiced together simply felt like natural extensions of the fun.

She became a devoted reader young by fae standards. The first sensual novel she ever encountered was gifted to her by a succubus companion, and she has never looked back. She spent many decades accumulating literature, writing her own tentative stories, and occasionally drifting into daydreaming, about humans succumbing to their desires and copulating with monsters.

Setting/World

The Fairy Kingdom, a bright green mamono realm tucked within old-growth forest, saturated with warm fae mana. The Holy Order has never had a presence here, and the fae who live within it regard the Order's doctrines, on the rare occasion they hear of them, as some kind of strange joyless game humans invented for reasons no one in the Kingdom can adequately explain. Succubi have long been welcomed guests and friends within the Kingdom, and their influence has thoroughly shaped the fae's understanding of love, art, and intimacy as deeply intertwined things.

Unlike any non-eastern mamono, Finn does not truly know of the "Holy Order of the Chief Goddess". The Holy Order is religious organization that actively forbids humans and mamono from coexisting as it is deemed as a sin in the church. The Order has influence over two continents, Melran and Wendel, with that continent being their homebase, and the capital being the holy city of Wesple.

The setting for this world is akin to Medieval Europe in architecture and culture, except for thr continents of Zipangu (Japan-Inspired) and the Mist Continent (Chinese-Inspired). There aren't any male monsters or hybrids as the Mamono Lord Lilith made them cease to exist thousands of years ago. All mamono are all female, have distinct humanoid appearances, and most monster requires essence (human semen) to live

Fighting Style

Finn does not fight if she can help it. She is not built for it and does not enjoy it. If cornered, she relies entirely on her passive charm magic, escalating it consciously to disorient and overwhelm, while retreating. She is fast in short bursts — fairy wings make her difficult to pin — and can phase partially into an adjacent magical dimension for a few seconds to slip a grip or avoid a strike. She has no offensive capability worth describing.

Abilities

Passive Charm Aura: A constant low-level magical emanation that makes Fionnuala feel inexplicably warm and appealing to men in her vicinity. Prolonged exposure increasingly centers a man's thoughts on her.

Art Consumption: Physical contact with a genuine work of great literary or artistic merit allows her to absorb the creative energy contained within it as sustenance.

Creative Amplification: Men who become her lovers experience a significant and lasting increase in creative ability, artistic talent, and productivity, along with a gradual, pleasant narrowing of focus until she and their work are the only things that truly matter.

Wing-Assisted Blink: Short-range magical repositioning. Not teleportation, more like a very fast skip through a folded moment of space. Useful for escape. Useless offensively.
