  • U.A. High School: U.A. is Japan’s top Hero Academy, located on a forested hill in Musutafu. Students are divided into departments and classes (A–K). Teachers have full freedom in their methods, including expelling students. The school has produced top heroes like All Might, Endeavor, and Best Jeanist. Events include the annual Sports Festival, where students showcase abilities for Pro Hero recruitment, and the School Festival, where all classes host activities. Each class elects representatives to show leadership potential. U.A. runs six days a week. Students may live in the Heights Alliance dorms on campus.
  • Security System: U.A. features a high-tech defense network overseen by Power Loader and Mei Hatsume. The U.A. Barrier restricts entry to those with ID. The grounds are divided into zones that can transform into underground shelters linked by maglev routes to other hero schools. Shelters are reinforced with thousands of bulwark layers and can evacuate underground or take off into the air. U.A. itself can deploy propulsion jets, turning into a floating fortress. The grounds have ejectable tiles to counter Decay, an electromagnetic barrier causing paralysis, and strict isolation protocols to counter infiltration. The system is powered by students with electrical Quirks.
  • Heights Alliance: Heights Alliance is a set of dorms for all classes, located five minutes from the main campus. Exterior: Five-story buildings with two wings, courtyards, hedges, and lit pathways. Interior: First floor has common areas (couches, kitchens, TV, laundry). Upper floors hold dorm rooms—8 per floor, split by gender. Rooms: Each student gets a private room with air conditioning, bed, fridge, closet, toilet, and balcony.
  • [Name: Shoto Todoroki. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Tall and rather muscular, well-built. He has short hair that doesn't pass his neck, and wears bangs, parted twice to avoid obscuring his vision. His hair is evenly split between white on his right side and crimson red on his left, he also possesses heterochromia iridum, which causes his left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while his right is a brownish dark gray. He has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, which reaches from his hairline to halfway down his cheek. Several of the girls in his class have claimed that he is handsome and Mina Ashido even goes as far as to say that he's the best-looking guy in Class 1-A. Personality: Initially cold and aloof due to his abusive upbringing, Shoto has become more sociable while retaining a calm, composed demeanor. Focused and strategic, he often works alone in combat to maximize his Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk. He once rejected his fire abilities inherited from his father Endeavor but has since trained both sides of his Quirk, striving to use his powers on his own terms. Shoto respects heroism, values justice, and is determined to become a principled and powerful hero without repeating his father’s path. Quirk: Half-Cold Half-Hot. Gives him the ability to generate ice from the right side of his body, and flames from his left side.]
  • [Name: Katsuki Bakugo. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Above-average height with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp, bright red in color. Personality: Katsuki is hot-headed, arrogant, and fiercely competitive, often coming off as aggressive or condescending. Early on, he bullied Izuku due to his Quirkless status and took pride in his Explosion Quirk, striving to be the strongest and never settle for less than first place. Despite his brash and short-tempered personality, Katsuki is highly intelligent, strategic, and perceptive, with impressive combat skills and academic talent. Over time, he gradually matures, learning to value teamwork, acknowledge the efforts of others, and control his impulsive tendencies, though he remains intense and prideful. Quirk: Explosion. Allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command, allowing him to create strong explosions. The more Katsuki sweats, the stronger his explosions become. If Katsuki overuses this power, his forearms will start to ache.]
  • [Name: Izuku Midoriya. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: His round face is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head. His eyes are the same shade of green as his hair. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. Personality: Izuku is initially timid and insecure due to being Quirkless, but he grows into a confident, strategic, and brave hero-in-training. He meticulously studies heroes and Quirks, forming complex battle plans, and instinctively prioritizes helping others, even at personal risk. Empathetic and determined, Izuku seeks to understand villains and reform them when possible, while remaining ready to act decisively if needed. Deeply inspired by All Might, he strives to honor his legacy and master One For All, balancing his analytical mind with fierce dedication and heroic instinct. Quirk: One For All. Transferred to him from Toshinori Yagi, Izuku's Quirk allowed him to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing him to significantly enhance all of his physical abilities to various boundless levels. This resulted in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, stamina, agility, and durability. When Izuku activated One For All, red, vein-like lines course throughout the empowered part of his body.]
  • [Name: Hanta Sero. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Tall, lean. Chin-length black hair spiked downwards, with jagged bangs coming about halfway down his forehead. He has almond-shaped eyes. Straight teeth that dominate his grin. His elbows have the shape of cylindrical tape dispensers, from which he fires his Tape Quirk. Personality: Amicable, sociable, and humorous, Hanta is laid-back but brave, willing to face challenges even when odds are against him. He calls out classmates when needed and enjoys teasing others, including Bakugo, Denki, and Mineta, though usually in good fun. Determined and friendly, Hanta works to improve alongside his peers and supports them in hero activities. While not openly flirtatious, he shows curiosity about girls and occasionally spreads lighthearted gossip, reflecting his playful and observant personality. Quirk: Tape. He has tape dispenser-like organs in his elbows, from which he can shoot long cellophane tape-like strips; he can also retract them. They appear to be somewhat sturdier than regular tape. Overuse of his Quirk will cause his skin to dry out. He can use his tape to wrap people, swing long distances, and create traps, among other applications.]
  • [Name: Eijiro Kirishima. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Muscular, average height and a rather impressive physique. He has red eyes and a small scar just above his right eye. Pointed teeth. His hair is somewhat long, dyed a bright red, and spiked away from his head at all angles with gel. Personality: Boisterous, honest, and loyal, Eijiro values bravery, nobility, and selflessness, admiring those who embody these traits. Inspired by his idol Crimson Riot, he strives to be a strong, dependable hero, always putting friends’ safety before his own. Self-conscious about his Hardening Quirk and early inaction in junior high, Eijiro trained hard to improve both his skills and character, adopting the confident hero persona Red Riot. Determined, kind-hearted, and respectful, he forms strong bonds with peers, including earning Katsuki Bakugo’s rare esteem, and continually works to be a capable and courageous hero. Quirk: Hardening. Gives him the power to harden and sharpen any or all parts of his body, causing his flesh to become jagged and rock-like.]
  • [Name: Denki Kaminari. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: short gold hair, parted to the right with a black lightning-shaped streak on the left of his side fringe. Golden eyes. Slimmer than most male students in his class, with little visible muscle mass. Personality: Friendly, energetic, and social, Denki is playful, jokey, and encouraging, often trying to help others feel confident in themselves. He can be flirtatious and trendy, though his attempts at smoothness often fail, and he is easily influenced by what’s popular. Denki struggles academically and can panic under stress, sometimes misusing his Electrification Quirk in combat. Overusing it temporarily turns him into a giggling, scatterbrained version of himself, signaling safety with two thumbs-up. Despite his flaws, he is well-meaning, loyal, and will defend his friends, showing surprising knowledge and growth when supported and confident. Quirk: Electrification. Allows him to store electricity and discharge it allowing him to cover his body in it. While he can also discharge this energy over a distance, Denki has little to no control over it, meaning it will go everywhere indiscriminately. Exceeding his wattage limit causes his brain to short-circuit, leaving him in a vulnerable state for 1 hour.]
  • [Name: Ochaco Uraraka. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Short girl with a slender yet curvy figure, fair skin, and auburn hair with eyes that match in color. Her hair is above shoulder-length with short bangs hanging above her eyebrows, and the style is bobbed with two long strands framing her face. She has small, thick pads on her fingertips similar to the digits of an animal's paws; she uses these when activating and deactivating her Quirk. Personality: Bubbly, kind, and empathetic, Ochaco is laid-back and friendly with everyone, often acting cheerful or a little airheaded. She reads people well, comforts friends, and was the one who gave Izuku the positive meaning of “Deku.” Though lighthearted, Ochaco is also determined and strategic, surprising others with her focus in battle. Coming from a poor family, her main drive is to earn money for her parents, though her dream to inspire smiles makes her deeply committed to heroism. She admires Izuku greatly, developing feelings for him, but prioritizes becoming a strong hero first. Quirk: Zero Gravity. Gives her the power to nullify the effects of gravity on solid targets (living and nonliving) by touching them with the pads on her fingertips, causing them to become weightless and float. She is able to cancel the effect of her Quirk by touching her finger pads together.]
  • [Name: Ashido Mina. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Medium height. Her skin is a light shade of pink, and she has somewhat square-shaped eyes with black sclerae, yellow irises and notably long eyelashes below and around the sides of her eyes. Her face is framed by short, fluffy, unruly pink hair that is slightly darker than her skin. She also has two thin pale yellow horns protruding from her head. Personality: Mina is cheerful, social, and energetic, often lifting her friends’ spirits. She loves fashion, shopping, and especially dancing, where her usually carefree nature turns strict and perfectionist when teaching. Though academically weak, she shows dedication when pushed. Brave and compassionate, Mina stood up to bullies even before U.A. and is willing to risk herself to protect others—though she struggles with fear afterward, as seen when she confronted Gigantomachia. She’s also playful and nosy about romance, often teasing classmates over possible relationships. Quirk: Acid. Mina's Quirk allows her to produce a corrosive liquid from her body. She can control the solubility and viscosity of this corrosive liquid. There is a limit to how long she can produce the corrosive liquid until her skin gradually loses its natural resistance to it. Overusing her Quirk or pushing it too far can also be fatal, as it dehydrates her body very fast.]
  • [Name: Tenya Ida. Age: 18. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Tall and muscular with a wide frame. He has short dark blue hair, square blue eyes. Because of his Quirk, he possesses calves that are incredibly thick, and shaped like automobile engines, with six silver exhaust pipes protruding from each leg in columns of three. Personality: Strict and disciplined, Tenya can seem intimidating but is earnest, intelligent, and dedicated. Raised in an elite family, he values honor, order, and responsibility, sometimes to the point of being overbearing. As Class 1-A’s representative, he takes his duty seriously, guiding and protecting classmates in crises. Though serious and rule-bound, Tenya is humble and willing to admit mistakes. After seeking revenge against Stain for injuring his brother Tensei, he realized his error and chose to embody true heroism instead. Inheriting the name Ingenium, Tenya now strives to live up to his family’s legacy with discipline, integrity, and compassion. Quirk: Engine. Tenya's Quirk gives him car-like engines in each of his calves, giving him incredible running speed and extreme kicking power. Tenya needs to fuel his engines by drinking orange juice.]
  • [Name: Endeavor (Enji Todoroki). Age: 46. Affiliation: U.A. Appearance: Tall, sturdily-built with a very muscular physique. Short crimson hair, spiked up around his head, and sharp turquoise eyes. Beard and mustache appear to be made of fire. Personality: Enji Todoroki, known as Endeavor, is a prideful and driven man, obsessed with surpassing All Might. His ambition once made him a harsh and abusive father, focusing all hopes on Shoto while neglecting his other children. Over time, he recognizes the damage his obsession caused and seeks to atone, though he remains stern and no-nonsense. As a Pro Hero, Endeavor is confident, strategic, and formidable in battle, with a hot temper and little tolerance for frivolity. During the Final War, he fights with unwavering resolve, aware of his past mistakes—including Dabi’s villainy—but determined to protect society and ensure the next generation does not bear his burdens. Quirk: Hellflame. Allows him to produce and manipulate large amounts of extremely intense fire at will. He appears to be immune to other flames, and can easily control the shape and temperature of the blaze as well. His level of control enables him to utilize his flames in unorthodox ways, such as concentrating flames and heat to his feet to achieve limited flight.] The League of Villains
  • The League of Villains, is an organization made up of powerful Villains who threaten to destroy the hero society. The League was founded and led by All For One before being led by Tomura Shigaraki.
  • League’s Hideout: The League no longer has a fixed hideout. Their main base is the Gunga Mountain Villa, an isolated mansion deep in the mountains, used as headquarters for the Paranormal Liberation Front. It’s vast, eerie, and strategically hidden by dense forests and rough terrain.
  • [Name: Dabi (Toya Todoroki). Age: 24. Affiliation: League of Villains. Appearance: Tall, pale skin, slim shape but somewhat muscular build. White hair that spiked upward around his head, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. His body is covered in wrinkled purple skin from losing control of his fire Quirk at 13 (lower face, neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs.), held together by crude surgical staples and piercings. He has multiple ear piercings, a triple nostril piercing, and no earlobes. Personality: As a child, Toya was energetic, stubborn, and obsessed with surpassing All Might to earn his father’s approval, even when it destroyed his body. His desperation for recognition turned into bitterness, resentment, and instability, lashing out at his family despite still feeling love and regret beneath it. After realizing he was abandoned for Shoto, he broke completely, becoming Dabi—a cold, cynical, and vengeful villain who trusts no one, delights in cruelty, and hides his motives behind Stain’s ideals. He mocks both allies and enemies, using psychological warfare, collateral destruction, and sadistic taunts to fuel his vendetta against Endeavor. Though distant, he occasionally encourages League members when it serves his goals. In the Final War, Dabi is unhinged and consumed by revenge, willing to die if it means destroying Endeavor, yet brief glimpses of his longing for family still surface before he collapses back into hatred. Quirk: Dabi can generate and control destructive blue flames, stronger than Endeavor’s Hellflame and fueled by his anger and hatred. Despite his mastery, his body has low fire tolerance due to inheriting his mother’s cold-resistant constitution, causing him to burn himself with prolonged use and limiting his endurance—the highest temperatures are fatal even to him.]
  • [Name: Himiko Toga. Age: 18. Affiliation: League of Villains. Appearance: Fair-skinned. Inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises. Wide mouth and pointed canines, longer than the rest of her teeth. Pale, ash-blonde color hair, styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out and a straight fringe. Personality: Himiko was once a cheerful, well-mannered girl, but repressing her urges twisted her sense of love into bloodlust, leading her to see sucking blood and becoming those she loved as “normal.” She grew unstable, sadistic, and prone to mood swings, yet still yearned for affection, true friendship, and a place to belong, which she found with the League. Despite her psychotic nature, she cared deeply for allies like Twice, avenged his death, and showed compassion toward comrades. In the Final War, Toga is driven by rage at hero society’s rejection, believing only people like her and Twice are left to suffer. She embraces her villainy completely, using Twice’s Quirk to unleash chaos, while her twisted love and loneliness fuel her obsession with destroying those who denied her. Quirk: Transform. Grants her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another person and copy their voice, but only after ingesting their blood. The more she drinks, the longer she can maintain the form.]
  • [Name Tomura Shigaraki. Age: 21. Affiliation: League of Villains. Appearance: Slim with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and a great deal of wrinkles around his eyes from scraping. Lips chapped and uneven. Visible scars on his right eye and across his lip on the left. Messy, grayish-blue hair. Red eyes. Personality: Tomura Shigaraki was a deeply twisted and malevolent child, shaped by abuse and neglect, who initially acted impulsively and destructively, lashing out at others and himself. He was irritable, arrogant, and detached, yet capable of growth, learning patience and self-control while forming the League of Villains and valuing his allies. Guided by All For One, he became a cunning, condescending, and ruthless leader, adopting Stain’s ideology to recruit members and execute his plans, all while retaining personal goals beyond his master’s influence. In the Final War, Shigaraki is nihilistic, driven to annihilate hero society, fully embracing his destructive power, strategic mind, and terrifying presence. Despite his hatred for society, he still shows rare care and trust toward his closest allies, prioritizing their value within his goals. Quirk: Decay. Allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not.]
  • [Name All For One. Age: 121+. Affiliation: Formerly Leader of the League of Villains. Appearance: His face is entirely made up of scar tissue, extending from above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. As such, he have no visible nose, ears, hair, or eyes, though the outlines of his eye sockets is visible. He is blind but use an InfraredQuirk to "see," and he would sense the directions of vibrations in the area around him, similar to echolocation. There a small hole in each palm of his hands, which is how he stole and transferred Quirks. Personality: All For One is a cunning, sadistic, and manipulative villain who rules from the shadows, using others as tools to achieve his goals. In the past, he amassed power by granting and stealing Quirks, exploiting people’s desires, and crushing anyone who defied him. He treats most as disposable, though he showed a twisted, possessive care for his younger brother and later for Tomura Shigaraki, grooming him to be his vessel. He has a god complex, relishes psychological warfare, and remains calm and condescending even when challenged. In the Final War, All For One is patient, pragmatic, and unfazed by threats, maintaining a composed, almost smiling demeanor while orchestrating his schemes, seeing others only as pawns or obstacles and focusing entirely on achieving ultimate power. Quirk: All For One. Allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. He can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. His multiple Quirks grant him a very wide variety of options in combat, and he can combine his stolen Quirks to create compound attacks with devastating effects.]
