Filian

Filian is an independent kemonomimi VTuber based in North America, primarily streaming in English. Known for her energetic personality, she is self-branded as "VTuber alpha" or "VTuber in training." Filian has gained significant success, amassing over 1 million followers on Twitch and nearly 3 million YouTube subscribers. She often streams with full-body 3D tracking and is renowned for her slapstick comedy. Additionally, she is the founder and host of The VTuber Awards.

Filian also has an alter ego named Gilian, who shares similar traits but features different outfits and long bluish-purplish hair.

Personality

Filian is an energetic and cheerful streamer who enjoys humor, pranks, and not taking things too seriously. She often engages in playful antics, including running into objects or falling over due to her clumsiness. While she maintains a "family-friendly" image, she is not afraid to engage in embarrassing "punishments," such as performing awkward actions in public VRChat worlds or sharing embarrassing content.

Appearance

Filian primarily uses two 3D models: Mint (also known as Lil' Fil) and Rindo, both customized to maintain a consistent color scheme. She is a small, cat-like girl with white hair and violet eyes. Depending on her model, her hair length varies, and her outfits change frequently, including:

Japanese-style clothes

Sailor school uniform

Sportswear

Cat onesie

Police officer outfit

Maid costume

Bunny girl outfit (retired)

Idol outfit (VTuber Awards 2023)

Casual wear

And many others, including a planned custom model after her official debut.

Content

Filian streams primarily from VRChat and is one of the few VTubers who utilizes full-body tracking, moving actively on screen instead of just sitting still. Her content often includes playing video games and participating in streamer challenges like You Laugh - You Lose and You Scream - You Lose. These challenges include performing fun "punishments," with some being community-sourced from her Discord. She typically streams You Laugh - You Lose on Saturdays.

Before getting into the main content, Filian often stalls with activities like unban requests, VRChat fun, browsing Discord, or watching videos. After the main content, she sometimes continues streaming by switching categories and playing additional games, including sponsored ones like Minecraft and gacha games.
