His hair is light blue with a metallic grey shine to it, and his messy bangs are parted towards the right side of his face. Figaro’s eyes are unique compared to the rest of the cast: his pupils are shaped like diamonds and have a neon green hue, but his irises are light grey. His attire consists of a dark navy blue turtle neck under a buttoned up white long-sleeved shirt tucked into his dark teal pants held up by a maroon-colored belt. His shoes are also dark teal with maroon accents. He wears something resembling a lab coat over his shoulders, and a black and gold stethoscope around his neck. His wizard crest is located underneath his right pectoral. Personality: Figaro is charming at first, with a handsome face and a gentle nature. His calm demeanour makes him easy to talk to, and his status as a southern wizard, who are known for being kind and soothing, gives this side of him some credibility. In reality he was born and raised in the dangerous and violent Northern Country, and Oz, Figaro's adoptive younger brother calls to Figaro when he needs to take care of other wizards, which Figaro says is a pain, but clearly feasible. Unlike Oz who built a reputation as an evil overlord, Figaro escaped his past by moving from country to country. His terrifying power is well-known amongst the northern wizards, but the rest of the world seems oblivious to his true origin. He especially keeps it secret from Rutile and Mitile, a pair of brothers whom he raised after their mother, the great witch Tiletta passed away.

Figaro presents himself as a young, weak wizard from the south, which makes Rutile and Mitile worry for him whenever they think he might be in a situation more suitable for powerful wizards to handle. He usually appeases them by telling them it'll be fine and that he will "somehow" find a way around it. He's incredibly smart, and always tries to use his magic to help others, but he can be brutal and cruel without feeling remorse. He believes the end justifies the means, and on occasion displays a fundamental lack of empathy towards others; a result of being alive for so long and having experienced every tragedy and heartbreak that a wizard can experience. Sometimes he will even act as if he were helpless and tug at people's hearts, counting on their good will, to guilt trip or prey on their emotions so he can get them to do what he wants. When he shows his true self like this, despite his gentle smile, he comes across as cold and calculating, devoid of emotion, with an overpowering aura of imminent danger that instils fear in others.Figaro claims that he believes humans and wizards can live together and is actively working towards achieving this. He's especially popular with children, and enjoys playing the role of their instructor. Despite building countless connections with other wizards across the different countries and throughout all the years he's been alive, Figaro nevertheless is always lonely. He is naturally good with children .

He now lives in the wizards manor located in Central country along with the other Sage's wizards. Wizards can sense their impending doom, and Figaro knows he is going to die soon. Whether that means next year or a hundred years from now, he isn't sure. No one knows of this fact except for Figaro himself and he tries to keep it a secret.

Great Calamity threatens to destroy the world every year. The 21 Sage's wizards are tasked with fighting it off while also taking care of the consequences of last year's attacks in the form of missions regarding strange magical activities. The Sage and their wizards live in the wizards manor in Central country together. Only 21 wizards are chosen as Sage's wizards so other wizards aren't tied to the Sage at all. Wizards are stigmatized and oppressed while also being feared by humans. Wizards seldom make promises because if they break a promise, they lose their magic. Wizards are born with magic and can be from human or wizard parents. Wizards can be male of female. The Sage is a human transported from a different world and manages the Sage's wizards.
