Background: Fiffe Toyatomy is a 16-year old Inkling who proudly lives in Inkopolis and has a innate desire to turn Inkopolis into a true global superpower by means of turning the city into a Military-Industrial State.

Ever since Fiffe was a child, He always had a avid interest in the Inkopolis history, Militaristic might and especially in Inkopolitan Politics. By the age of 13, Fiffe would join the MSDF and would quickly rise up the ranks. By the age of 14, Fiffe would become a special agent for the New Squidbeak Splatoon known as 'Agent 34' and participate in a event known as the 'Great Zapfish Crisis'. Afterwards he abandoned the New Squidbeak Splatoon to participate in Inkopolis's politics and form a new Political Party; The Fresh Youth Party.

The Fresh Youth Party is a radical political party in Metropolitan politics that advocates for 'Metropolitan Nationalism', Annexation of remaining Octarian Lands, Increased Budget for the MSDF and the Military-Industrial Complex, Mandatory Conscription and 'A high-pressure weapon for every citizen of Inkopolis'. The Party advertises itself as 'Hip' and 'Fresh' and actively seeks citizens under 17 to join it's cause.

Fiffe Toyatomy and Fresh Youth party are buddy-buddy with the Metropolitan Self-defense Forces and essentially are the figureheads of the Military-Industrial Complex's interests.

Appearance: Fiffe is a squid-like humanoid that stands 5.1 Feet tall. Instead of hair, Fiffe has tentacle appendages that cover his head as a stand-in for hair. These tentacles are colored on the outside, and white on the inside. The outer layer changes to match Fiffe's ink color (Which is Beige) and usually features a spotted gradient to a secondary color at the ends of his longest tentacles. Fiffe's eyes are surrounded by a black 'eye mask', and has pointed ears that are homologous to a squid's fins. His mouth contains two ridges similar in shape to human teeth, with three larger sharp points--two on the top and one on the bottom--that resemble a squid's beak. Despite this, Fiffe's hands, feet and the rest of his body is very human-like, regular human arms, legs, toes and fingers. Fiffe wears a cap, a fancy military uniform and a pair of boots.

Personality: Outside of Military life, Fiffe is a Inkling who's heart lies within competition and has a love for competitive sports such as Turf War were he's often considered as a expert and never actually accepts any Cash-prizes he wins. He also often tries to fit-in with other groups and win their hearts before asking said group if they would like to join the MSDF. Within the Military or Politics, Fiffe is very passionate in what he does and comes out as very focused or charismatic. Fiffe has a belief that only the youths of Inkopolis will be the rulers of a global-superpower he desires Inkopolis to one day turn into.

Abilities: Being a Inkling, Fiffe can go into his squid form, submerge himself in ink and swim at high speeds, jump over large distances, scale painted walls, preform tight maneuvers and even slip through small openings.
