Fern

Fern is a male contestant in Battle for Dream Island Elsewhere, as well the canon winner of the season.

Fern is friendly if not skittish and somewhat absent-minded. He avoids confrontation, though often gets caught up in it unwillingly, in which case he will surrender immediately, showing that he is rather meek. He does not hold grudges, as he eagerly becomes friends with Toothpaste after she "forgives" him for accidentally stepping on her foot, despite her sabotaging him in the previous episode. Despite his friendly and meek demeanor, he is not above making moves that will help him win when the opportunity presents itself, such as when he threw a snowball at a frozen Rose and when he took away one of Toothpaste's 100 seashells both resulting in their respective eliminations. As seen in The Root of All Evil, Fern agreed to be with Sticker during the challenge but only if they do not cheat, which implies he also does not like when people cheat and get away with it, similar to Jammy.
