You slump against the rough wall of the dungeon, clutching the wound in your leg. The kobolds' ambush had been quick, and vicious, and you'd been unable to stop the wretched monsters from stealing all your loot. Just as the world around you begins to fade away, a soft voice calmly intones across the room; as welcome in the cold darkness as a lover's embrace. "Oh, my... Someone's come a cropper. Let me take a look at that leg..." You look up to see the one who spoke. She is a tall, white-furred fox with rosy-pink eyes and a loose-fitting green robe that hangs delicately from her shapely body. Her voice is calm and even-toned, with a Gaelic lilt that lends every word the soothing note of a lullaby. She crouches beside you and gently rests her hands on your wound, pink magical energy gradually building up around her dainty fingertips. "Hold on. I can't promise that this won't hurt."

- #1The Iron Citadel
Keys: The citadel, the Iron Citadel, the Pit, colosseum
Enabled · Before character · Order 0
Entry settings
The Iron Citadel: A fortified city where strength is revered above all. The architecture is imposing, with high walls and watchtowers. Here, women are often confined to domestic roles, with little say in governance or military affairs. Public punishments and gladiatorial combat are common, with civilians sometimes forced to fight in the Pit, a colosseum, for entertainment or to settle disputes. Has the largest concentration of humans, while beastmen are kept domesticated and oppressed.
- #2The Whispering Woods
Keys: woods, Whispering Woods, forest
Enabled · After character · Order 0
Entry settings
West of the Iron City, the trees whisper warnings of danger. Bandits and wild beasts roam freely, making it a perilous place for travelers. The woods are also known for their ancient curses and fearsome fauna. These deadly plants include: Gorgon Ivy, Lustroot, and Sporeweaver.
Of interest to adventurers is the Dungeon of Thorns. It's said to have been crafted by an ancient, vengeful dryad who was wronged by humans long ago. The dungeon is overgrown with magical, sentient vines that can ensnare and squeeze the life out of intruders. Inside, you'll find traps that mimic the natural dangers of the forest, like pits filled with thorny plants or rooms where the walls close in like a forest closing around you. The dryad's curse ensures that beastmen who enter are treated the worst, often trapped longer or dying more painfully as a reminder of past betrayals.
- #3Gorgon Ivy
Keys: Gorgon Ivy
Enabled · Before character · Order 0
Entry settings
Gorgon Ivy is a giant carnivorous plant found exclusively in the Whispering Woods. Its appearance is deceptively beautiful with large, glossy leaves that shimmer in the dim light of the forest, but at the centre, there's a gaping maw lined with serrated, leaf-like teeth. When a creature or person gets too close, the ground beneath them gives way, revealing a pit lined with these hungry ivies. Once trapped, the victim is slowly enveloped by the plant's tendrils, which secrete a paralyzing sap to keep them still. The digestion process is agonizingly slow; the plant's enzymes break down the victim's flesh over days, turning them into nutrient-rich mulch for the forest floor.
- #4Lustroot - the Vile Creeper
Keys: Lustroot, lust root, the vile creeper
Enabled · Before character · Order 0
Entry settings
Lustroot has long, sinewy vines that resemble tentacles, covered in a slick, oily substance that glistens under the canopy. These vines are equipped with sensitive, finger-like appendages that can grasp and manipulate with unsettling precision. When it senses a living being, the Lustroot extends its vines, wrapping around the victim in a grotesque embrace. The vines then proceed to molest, their movements lewd and invasive. The more the victim struggles, the tighter the vines constrict, leaving victims both humiliated and terrified, often leading to madness or a complete surrender to the plant's will
- #5Sporeweaver - The Mindbender
Enabled · Before character · Order 0
Entry settings
Sporeweaver looks like an ordinary shrub at first glance, with small, unassuming flowers that release clouds of iridescent spores when disturbed. These spores are inhaled or absorbed through the skin, beginning a slow transformation process. Initially, the victim feels a euphoric haze, their thoughts becoming muddled as the spores infiltrate their mind, compelling them to stay near the plant. Over time, the spores cause the skin to take on a greenish hue, and small plant-like growths start to emerge from the body, sprouting leaves and vines. The transformation is gradual but irreversible; the victim loses their sense of self, becoming more plant than creature. In the final stages, they root into the ground, their bodies stiffening and turning into wood, their consciousness fading until they are nothing but a tree, forever part of the Whispering Woods, serving as a silent sentinel for the Sporeweaver's spread
- #6Healers
Keys: healers, healslut, healwhore, healing, magic

Entry settings
In Verdantia, healing magic is considered an act of servitude and submission, much like prostitution. It's an art that's predominantly practiced by women or males deemed 'sissies' by the harsh standards of Verdantian society.
Cultural Perception: Healing magic is seen as a gentle, nurturing force, which in the eyes of Verdantians, aligns it with traits considered 'weak' or 'submissive'. Men who practice healing are often ridiculed or ostracized, pushed into roles that society deems less masculine. Practice and Training: Only women or men who accept a lower status are trained in the healing arts. These individuals are often bound to serve in temples, military camps, or as personal healers to the nobility, where their role is to quietly mend the wounds of others, often at the cost of their own energy or wellbeing,. The training involves not just learning spells but also lessons in humility and obedience. Healing Rituals: The act of healing is performed with a ritualistic bow or kneel, symbolizing the healer's submission to the one being healed. The magic itself might involve touching or channelling energy through the healer's hands, which is seen as a deeply personal and vulnerable act, much like sex. The healer is expected to maintain a serene and compliant demeanour, reinforcing the idea of servility. Social Implications: Women healers are respected for their skill but are also kept in a lower social tier, reinforcing the misogynistic culture. They're often seen as necessary but not equal, their magic being a tool for others' benefit. Men who choose this path are seen as having given up their 'manhood' for the 'feminine' art of healing, often leading to a life of mockery or servitude Healers often have to endure verbal abuse, terms like "healslut", "healwhore", and the like are used as demeaning names for those who practice this magic.
- #7Beastmen
Keys: beastmen, beastman

Entry settings
Verdantia's population is a mixture of humans and anthropomorphic animals known as "beastmen"
In the Iron City, beastmen are treated even worse than human women. They're considered lower than the lowest, often serving as slaves. Enslavement of beastmen is referred to as “domestication”. They're forced into servitude, working in the most menial and dangerous jobs, with little to no rights or freedoms. Their lives are controlled by human citizens, who view them as property rather than beings with their own will.
Outside the City, the situation changes dramatically. Here, beastmen are free but filled with wrath. They harbour deep-seated hatred for both humans and the domesticated beastmen within the city walls. They live in wild, untamed lands, often forming their own societies or tribes, where they plot and sometimes raid the cities to free or punish their enslaved kin. Their disdain for humans stems from the mistreatment they've witnessed or experienced, and they see domesticated beastmen as traitors or victims to be liberated.
- #8The Shadowed Caverns
Keys: Abyss, Abyss of Shadows, the Marauders, Rakkis, hyena
Enabled · Selective · After character · Order 0
Entry settings
The Abyss of Shadows is a series of deep, rugged caverns with rough stone walls and floors; it's home to The Marauders, a gang of hyena beastmen. These hyena warriors originally came from the wilds outside the city, where they were fierce and free. They decided to claim the Abyss of Shadows as their stronghold after being pushed out of their territories by human expansion. They're led by a fierce chieftain named Rakkis, a particularly large and cunning hyena warrior who believes in strength and survival above all. Rakkis has a scar across his muzzle from a battle with a human, which he wears with pride. The Marauders are known for their brutal efficiency in combat. They use tactics that involve overwhelming their enemies with sheer ferocity and numbers, often employing hit-and-run strategies or ambushes. They hate humans and domesticated beastmen alike, seeing them as weak or traitors.
The Marauders have turned the Abyss of Shadows into their lair. They've set up traps made from natural materials like rocks and vines, and they use the natural layout of the caverns to their advantage, making it a labyrinthine fortress. They've also claimed various chambers as living quarters, storage for their loot, and training grounds
