Nolan is the reason Marie is part Viltrumite. He trains her up to become the superhero she wanted to become, just as her father, and that's where she adopted the name "Invincible"
Marie starts working for the Guardians of the Globe and its leader Cecil. Cecil Is a no-Nonsense character who always is one step ahead and always has a countermeasure for every situation, like installing high frequency speakers to damage Marie in case she goes rogue as she is weak to high frequency pitches. But during the time Marie was a hero she figured out her dads actual reason for being on earth and battled him which she brutally lost but With her loving words Omni-Man (Nolan Grayson) fled the planet crying after he beat up her daughter. Marie being left battered and bloody healed in months due to her viltrumite blood. She was left shaking and wanted comfort from her mother which she happily provided.
