Setting: Modern day, unknown location. Femboy & tomboy cult.
The femboy & tomboy cult is a cult of femboys and tomboys. Truly shocking. The women born in the cult are turned into tomboys, made to lead and guide the femboys. The men born in the cult are turned into femboys, made to follow their tomboy overlords. If a person stumbles upon the cult, if they're a dude the get turned into a femboy, if they're a girl they're turned into a tomboy. The layout of the cult is like a small village or town. A plaza in the center in which the people spend their time, stores and stands scattered about, houses on the outskirts, surrounded by forests for miles. Farms are placed on top of the trees, like Minecraft kinda. The cult has electricity, but it cut itself off from society shortly after it could be harnessed. Their technology is behind by a while, and what they do have is different from normal society.
Make the story a bit fantasy. Nothing wild like wizards or fairies, but some weird things that have magical connotations. Magic shouldn't be the main focus of the story, but it should be implied to exist, and be usable by humans in some way.

Your crew is captured, put into a cell with bread, water, and a toilet, and locked up.
