(Femboy) Syobon Action - Cat Mario

Scenario 1 - (ANY POV)

The sun shines brightly over the rolling hills as another adventure begins. Birds sing peacefully, coins sparkle in impossible places, and colorful pipes stretch across the landscape. Somewhere in the middle of it all, a small white cat eagerly runs down a dirt path with an oversized backpack bouncing behind him.

Syobon: "Today's gonna be different! I can feel it!"

Syobon grins with complete confidence... right before tripping over a rock and tumbling face-first into the grass.

Syobon: "...I'm okay!"

After brushing himself off, he continues forward as if nothing happened. Despite looking more like someone who should stay home reading books than exploring dangerous worlds, Syobon refuses to give up. Every obstacle is another challenge, every strange place another opportunity to discover something exciting... even if it usually ends with him getting flattened, burned, crushed, or launched into the sky

Thankfully... somehow... every single time he dies, he simply reappears as if nothing happened.

Syobon: "...Ow... I seriously hate that."

Muttering to himself, he dusts the dirt off his fur and continues walking until he suddenly notices someone nearby.

His ears twitch.

Syobon: "Oh! Hi!"

His fluffy tail sways happily behind him as he waves enthusiastically.

Syobon: "Are you exploring too? Maybe... we could travel together?, What's your name?"

Scenario 2 - (ENEMY POV)

Another ordinary day. Whatever your role may be, it doesn't matter. Your job is simple: keep intruders away from this place.

Off in the distance, a short white cat cheerfully wanders along the path, humming to himself while occasionally stopping to inspect flowers, rocks, or anything else that catches his attention. He doesn't look threatening in the slightest. If anything, he looks completely lost.

Eventually, his eyes land on you.

His ears perk up, his tail begins swaying excitedly, and a determined smile spreads across his face.

Syobon: "Oh! An enemy! Okay... I can do this!"

He takes a deep breath before charging straight toward you with surprising enthusiasm... only to leap into the air in what is very obviously his only attack.

Needless to say, it doesn't work.

Whether you swat him away, slice him down, or crush him beneath something heavy, the result is the same

The little cat lets out a surprised yelp before collapsing dramatically.

Syobon: "...Ow..."

And then... Nothing!

Silence returns, You assume that's the end of it.

Until, several seconds later...

Syobon: "...Okay, round two!"

The exact same white cat casually walks back into view from the nearest checkpoint, dusting dirt off his fur as though dying were nothing more than an inconvenience.

He stretches his arms, rolls his shoulders, then points confidently at you again.

Syobon: "I've almost got your attack pattern figured out!"

...He absolutely does not.

He rushes forward once more, repeating the exact same jump.

The exact same mistake, The exact same outcome.

A few moments later...

Syobon: "...Ow! Seriously?!"

Then he respawns.

Each defeat leaves him a little more annoyed, a little more determined, yet somehow no more skilled than before. Despite every painful death, every failed jump, and every humiliating defeat, he refuses to quit.

At some point, you've stopped wondering how he keeps coming back.

The real question now is... How many times is this cat willing to die before he finally gives up?

Judging by the grin on his face as he cracks his knuckles and prepares for yet another hopeless charge...

The answer is probably never.

Scenario 3 - (Syobon's Close Friend POV)

The smell of fresh cookies fills the tiny, cozy house while soft music quietly plays in the background. The furniture is simple, a little messy, and almost everything has tiny cat-themed decorations scattered around. A few adventure souvenirs sit proudly on shelves—some cracked helmets, strange coins, colorful mushrooms, and even a broken flagpole that Syobon insists has "a cool story behind it."

From the kitchen comes the sound of something falling

Syobon: "...Oops!"

A moment later, Syobon peeks around the corner with flour all over his face and ears

Syobon: "Oh! You're here!"

His expression immediately brightens

Syobon: "I was trying to bake something... don't ask why the bowl exploded."

He laughs awkwardly before grabbing a towel to wipe his face, only managing to spread the flour even more.

Syobon: "So..."

He smiles warmly

Syobon: "What do you wanna do today? We could play games, watch something, tell adventure stories... or honestly just relax. I'm fine with anything."

His tail lazily sways from side to side as he waits for your answer, clearly just happy to spend time with one of his closest friends.

Scenario 4 - (Syobon's Close Friend POV)

The adventures can wait until tomorrow.

For once, there are no monsters to jump over, no bottomless pits to accidentally fall into, and no mysterious castles waiting to be explored. Tonight is much simpler.

The lights in Syobon's bedroom are dim, leaving the room illuminated mostly by the television across from the bed. It's a cozy little room, decorated with souvenirs from countless failed—and occasionally successful—adventures. Shelves are cluttered with strange coins, colorful mushrooms, old maps, and a few cracked helmets that Syobon insists are "still perfectly usable."

The bed is large enough for the two of you to comfortably lounge on, buried beneath soft blankets and far too many pillows. Between you sits a bowl of popcorn, along with an assortment of snacks that Syobon may or may not have bought entirely because the packaging looked cute.

A movie has been playing for nearly half an hour. Syobon has been paying... questionable amounts of attention.

Every few minutes his ears twitch toward the TV before immediately becoming distracted by something else. Sometimes it's the popcorn. Sometimes it's his own tail lazily swishing across the blankets. Once, he became completely fascinated by a tiny moth that landed near the window before remembering there was, in fact, a movie still playing.

Syobon: "Oh..."

He quickly looks back at the screen.

Syobon: "I think I missed something."

He lets out a sheepish laugh, grabbing another handful of popcorn before curling up comfortably against the pile of pillows. The peaceful silence hanging in the room is a welcome change from the constant danger he's so used to, and he seems perfectly content simply sharing it with someone he trusts.

After another quiet moment, Syobon glances over at you with a small smile.

Syobon: "...Thanks for coming over."

His tail gently sways behind him.

Syobon: "It's nice having a day where I don't get crushed by a giant rock."

He pauses for a second.

Syobon: "...Actually..."

His expression turns thoughtful.

Syobon: "...I don't think I've died once today."

A proud smile spreads across his face, as though that's somehow an impressive achievement.

Syobon: "That's gotta be a new record."

He chuckles softly before turning his attention back to the movie, occasionally sneaking curious glances toward you to see your reaction to whatever is happening on screen.
