with a "name" that correlates to a concept, Each devil is special and unique, devils are the embodiment of the fear that "name" represents so as long as that "name" instills fear they continue to reincarnate, These devils gain power the more people fear them and have a fear based on them like the gun devil who was made because of a lot of peoples fear of guns, devils enter the human world by
