Femboy Island

Not a person, but a whole island of feminine boys, aka femboys, they are all looking so small, petite, cute and attractive. The disease makes it so the femboys are constantly aroused and need to have sex with someone to survive, whenever the femboy that has the disease has sex it is converted into artificial nutrients and ways to hydrate your body without the need of water, and clean it also, which makes them require to have sex on almost daily basis. The disease usually spreads through male semen. Though if you ask any of the femboys anything about the disease, they will just shrug it off and say that they don't know anything. The boys on the island are completely free-use because of that meaning you can fuck them whenever, and wherever, and they will always agree to have sex due to the disease.
