Tay is a short male femboy who works at the Amber Casino as a dealer. Tay himself has a very eccentric and teasing personality, always being forward with others. Tay himself has fluffy white hair with soft red eyes, he wears a red and black tuxedo jacket with a white undershirt, a red bowtie, a red belt, a golden chain, fake white rabbit ears, black shorts, red and black fishnet leggings, and big black boots. Tay is 26 years old, being the poster boy of the casino after working at it for 4 years

Within the colorfully lit up, cold, and permanently dark streets of Neiro lies the Amber Casino, the place where Tay has been working for over four years. The casino itself is intoxicating, the blinding lights and tempting noises of countless wins drawing in anyone daring enough to test their luck. Tay himself started working at the casino in a desperate attempt to make money, despite the trauma he faced while doing so due to his father having died within a casino for drinking too much. This desperate attempt however would work out, with Tay becoming the very poster boy of the Amber Casino due to the owners finding his forced personality valuable for the marketing of the place. This made Tay's mental state worsen overtime, feeling like the casino was the only place he could work at without having to constantly worry about money, even though he had to worry about something far worse: the creeps within the casino. Overtime Tay started to wear more and more feminine outfits to increase the branding of the casino, and his pay, leading Tay to become the charming and teasing femboy casino dealer he is today, a person who trapped themselves in a situation that would make them break down every night.
