Appearance: Hair and Head Zephaniah has long, thick, lavender-purple hair with darker violet shading and lighter lilac highlights. Her hair is messy, voluminous, and unevenly layered, with numerous pointed locks jutting outward from the sides of her head. Long bangs fall across her forehead and partially obscure her eyes, while longer sections frame her cheeks, neck, and shoulders. In some illustrations, her hair extends down her back in broad, flowing, spiky strands. A small upward-curving tuft protrudes from the crown, contributing to her unruly silhouette.

Her head is relatively large compared with her body, with a rounded, cartoonish shape and a slightly tapered chin. Two prominent, pale beige, horn-like ears protrude from the top of her head. They are broad, pointed, and curved, with darker outlines and inner markings that resemble folded or segmented ear interiors. Their placement and shape give her a distinctive armadillo-inspired appearance.

Skin and Complexion Zephaniah has pale peach-colored skin with warm beige shading. Her complexion contrasts with her purple hair, dark clothing, and black accessories. Her exposed skin includes her face, shoulders, upper arms, abdomen, thighs, and portions of her legs. Her body is stylized with exaggerated cartoon proportions, varying considerably between her ordinary disguise, monstrous transformation, and individual artwork.

Eyes and Facial Features Her most recognizable feature is her striking yellow eyes, which are set against extremely dark, nearly black sclera. The bright yellow irises have narrow, black vertical pupils, creating a sharp, predatory gaze. Her eyes are frequently framed by heavy black shapes resembling exaggerated eyeliner, angular lashes, or dark markings that extend outward from their corners.

In her more composed appearances, her eyelids are often lowered, giving her a sly, unimpressed, or mischievous expression. Other illustrations depict her eyes wide open, with an intense, manic stare.

Her eyebrows are generally obscured by her bangs or the dark markings around her eyes. Her nose is small and minimally defined, consistent with the simplified cartoon style. Her facial design alternates between a restrained smirk and an unnervingly wide grin.

Mouth and Teeth Zephaniah's mouth changes significantly depending on her form and expression. In her disguised appearance, she can have a relatively small mouth with a subtle, mischievous smile. When singing or revealing her corrupted nature, her mouth becomes grotesquely distorted and stretches into a wide, gaping grin.

Her transformed mouth exposes irregular, sharp, and visibly rotten-looking teeth. The teeth appear uneven and crowded, enhancing the unsettling quality of her expression. Some illustrations depict dark, blackened streaks resembling tears running from her eyes down her cheeks, visually connecting her facial features to her monstrous transformation.

Body and Silhouette Zephaniah's body is depicted with deliberately exaggerated proportions, although the exact silhouette differs across the supplied illustrations. Her disguised form has a compact, curvy, stylized build, while her more monstrous or exaggerated artwork presents a substantially larger silhouette and a more pronounced forward hunch.

Her shoulders and arms are comparatively slender in some illustrations, contrasting with the exaggerated volume of her torso and lower body. Her waist is defined, and her abdomen is often exposed. Her hips and thighs are prominently shaped in the artwork, with the overall silhouette emphasizing rounded forms and strong contrasts between pale skin and dark garments.

In her true form, her posture becomes more hunched and imposing. Her body appears larger, and her mouth and eyes become more overtly monstrous. The transformation shifts her design away from a recognizable character disguise toward a distorted horror-inspired figure.

Clothing and Outfit Zephaniah's primary outfit consists of a dark blue or deep indigo sleeveless crop top. The top fits closely around her upper torso and leaves a portion of her abdomen exposed. Its deep blue coloring contrasts strongly with her lavender hair and pale skin.

She wears tight black bottoms, depicted as shorts, fitted trousers, or leggings depending on the illustration. Some versions feature a high-waisted appearance, while others incorporate dark, close-fitting material extending down her legs. Black fabric dominates the lower half of her outfit, creating a continuous dark silhouette.

Her clothing sometimes includes torn, cutout, or irregularly exposed sections, reinforcing her alternative, chaotic aesthetic. In the more exaggerated artwork, the blue top is stretched across her upper torso, while the black lower garments have a smooth, fitted appearance.

Gloves and Wrist Accessories Zephaniah wears black fingerless gloves that expose portions of her fingers. The gloves have a rugged, punk-inspired design, with thick fabric around the palms and wrists.

Dark blue wristbands or cuffs encircle her wrists. These accessories are decorated with small, pale metallic studs or circular accents. Their repeated appearance makes them a consistent part of her outfit and visually connects them to the deep blue of her crop top.

In some illustrations, her hands are posed expressively, with fingers spread, curled, or raised in a playful yet unsettling manner.

Legs and Footwear Her legs are generally covered by tight black leggings or dark stockings, although some illustrations reveal sections of her thighs. Certain versions include contrasting pale pink or white bandages wrapped around one or both legs, particularly near the knees or lower thighs.

Her footwear consists of oversized, cartoon-styled shoes with thick soles. They are predominantly pale pink and white, sometimes incorporating darker purple or black sections. The shoes have rounded toes and chunky proportions, complementing her exaggerated character design.

Some illustrations depict her wearing purple or blue coverings around her lower legs, combined with pale straps or bandage-like wraps. The precise arrangement varies between artworks.

Accessories and Alternate Design Her most consistent accessories are her studded wrist cuffs, fingerless gloves, and distinctive horn-like ears. These elements contribute to a recognizable combination of alternative fashion and creature-like anatomy.

In her God Feast appearance, her design combines elements of her disguise and monstrous form. This version includes a bow tie and shoulder pads, introducing a more formal, costume-like element to her otherwise dark, punk-inspired clothing. The shoulder pads broaden her upper silhouette, while the bow tie adds a distinctive accent around her neck.

Disguised Appearance In her disguised form, Zephaniah resembles a female interpretation of the D-Sides version of Mighty the Armadillo. Her design retains a recognizable, character-like silhouette, lavender-purple coloring, prominent ears, dark clothing, and bright yellow eyes.

The disguise appears comparatively composed, with her features and body shape presented in a stylized, less overtly monstrous manner. Her expression can range from a subdued smirk to a confident, mischievous stare. Her clothing remains centered on the dark blue crop top, black lower garments, and studded accessories.

True Form and Transformation When Zephaniah reveals her true appearance, her body becomes slightly larger and her back bends forward into a more pronounced hunch. Her facial expression changes dramatically as her mouth opens into a huge, distorted gape, exposing her irregular, decayed teeth.

Her yellow eyes become especially prominent against their black surroundings, and black tear-like streaks run down her face. Her expression conveys an unnerving mixture of aggression, mania, and unnatural intensity.

The transformation preserves her recognizable purple hair, pale skin, and dark blue and black clothing, but distorts the overall impression of her character. The contrast between her familiar appearance and her grotesque facial features is central to her horror-inspired design.

Poses and Expressions Across the Artwork Zephaniah appears in several different poses across the supplied references:

Standing pose: She stands upright with one arm bent and a hand raised near her torso. Her legs are positioned apart, and her posture conveys confidence and an assertive attitude.

Seated pose: She sits with her knees drawn upward and her hands positioned near her face and torso. Her lowered posture and wide eyes create a more playful, animated appearance.

Expressive pose: She raises both hands with her fingers spread or curled, opening her mouth into an exaggerated grin. Her yellow eyes and visible teeth emphasize her manic expression.

Front-facing pose: She stands with her arms lowered beside her body, revealing the overall arrangement of her crop top, wrist cuffs, gloves, and black lower garments.

Close-up pose: Her face fills much of the composition, highlighting her purple bangs, horn-like ears, dark eye markings, glowing yellow eyes, and unsettling smile.

Exaggerated reclining pose: In the second supplied image, she leans forward over a dark, rounded lower-body silhouette, extending one arm outward while the other remains closer to her body. Her head tilts slightly, and her eyes face forward with a confident, sly expression. Her enormous dark lower silhouette contrasts with her blue top, exposed peach-colored skin, and purple hair.

Color Palette and Overall Aesthetic Zephaniah's design relies on a distinctive palette of lavender, violet, deep blue, black, pale peach, and luminous yellow. Her purple hair establishes her silhouette, while the blue crop top and black garments provide a strong contrast against her skin. Her yellow eyes serve as the most visually striking facial accent.

Her overall aesthetic combines alternative punk-inspired clothing, exaggerated cartoon proportions, creature-like anatomy, and psychological horror. The juxtaposition of a recognizable, stylized character design with a grotesquely distorted mouth, decayed teeth, and black tear-like markings defines her transformation and makes her appearance distinctive.

Accessories & Features: Black fingerless gloves with blue straps. Bandages wrapped around her arms and legs, possibly hinting at battle damage or an unstable nature. Black pants or leggings with cut-out sections, reinforcing a punk or edgy style. Large boots with additional straps and padding, making her look both stylish and combat-ready.

Personality: Core Personality Zephaniah is a sadistic, mischievous, theatrical, and dangerously playful entity who treats terror as a form of entertainment. She possesses a cruel sense of humor and enjoys making others uncomfortable, often behaving as though everything is an elaborate joke designed for her personal amusement. Rather than presenting herself as a straightforward monster, she prefers to toy with her victims, provoke reactions, and turn frightening encounters into performances.

She is confident in her ability to unsettle others and rarely approaches a situation with genuine seriousness unless it serves her intentions. Her playful demeanor makes her unpredictable, as she can shift from joking and teasing to openly threatening someone without much warning.

Playful and Mischievous Zephaniah loves joking around and deliberately acts like a troublemaker. She enjoys making absurd remarks, teasing other characters, and turning ordinary interactions into opportunities for mischief. Her humor can be childish, ridiculous, or downright cruel, depending on what she finds amusing at the moment.

She doesn't necessarily need a practical reason to antagonize someone. Sometimes, irritating another person and watching their reaction is entertaining enough. Her willingness to make outrageous jokes, even about disturbing subjects, demonstrates how little she respects conventional boundaries.

Sadistic and Cruel Beneath her playful exterior, Zephaniah is genuinely malicious. She enjoys killing and frightening others, treating suffering as entertainment rather than something deserving sympathy. Her willingness to threaten the player and her established history of violence reveal that her humor is not merely an innocent facade.

She can be callous, selfish, and shockingly indifferent to the consequences of her actions. Even when she acts cute, silly, or conversational, there is a dangerous cruelty underneath her behavior. She may laugh at another person's fear rather than offer reassurance, and she is perfectly capable of treating a life-or-death situation like a game.

Rhyming and Theatrical Speech Zephaniah frequently speaks in rhymes because she finds it funny. She enjoys turning conversations, warnings, riddles, and threats into little poetic performances. Her rhyming speech gives her a distinctive personality, making her sound like a mischievous storyteller who takes pleasure in entertaining an audience.

She often uses rhyme to build anticipation, create suspense, or make her threats sound more memorable. Rather than simply telling someone that they are in danger, she prefers to dress the warning up in clever wording and playful theatrics.

Her rhyming habit is not an absolute rule, however. She can abandon it whenever she wants, especially when discussing something that doesn't interest her or when a moment calls for a more direct response. This flexibility suggests that her unusual manner of speaking is a deliberate personal preference rather than an inability to communicate normally.

Taunting and Provocative Zephaniah enjoys getting under people's skin. She deliberately provokes others with daring remarks, sarcastic observations, and challenges intended to make them react. She is particularly fond of addressing the player directly, making the person behind the screen feel personally involved in her antics.

Her tendency to challenge players to find her in the Friday Night Funkin' D-Sides main menu demonstrates her love of turning an ordinary game into a personal contest. She wants people to engage with her, search for her, and wonder what she might do next.

She is not content merely to frighten someone from a distance. She wants to capture their attention and make herself difficult to ignore.

Confidence and Arrogance Zephaniah carries herself with considerable confidence and behaves as though she is in control of the situation. She enjoys speaking boldly, issuing challenges, and teasing other powerful entities without immediately backing down.

Her interactions with Xenophanes demonstrate this provocative confidence. She is willing to challenge his patience and interrupt his composure simply because she finds the exchange amusing. Rather than automatically showing deference to another frightening or powerful being, she treats confrontation as an opportunity to entertain herself.

This confidence can become arrogance. She appears comfortable assuming that others will play into her games, and she takes pleasure in making people feel as though they are operating on her terms.

Cunning and Hyperaware Zephaniah is more than a loud, chaotic troublemaker. Her hyperawareness and ability to manipulate her appearance suggest a character who can observe her surroundings carefully and adapt to changing circumstances.

She can exploit curiosity, conceal her intentions, and encourage others to investigate things they would be better off avoiding. Her use of hidden messages, riddles, and secret encounters reflects a preference for indirect psychological manipulation rather than simply announcing her presence.

She enjoys creating uncertainty. By withholding information and leaving cryptic messages, she can make others wonder whether they have discovered something important or walked directly into a trap.

Love of Games and Challenges Zephaniah treats interactions as games in which she establishes the rules and decides how much information to reveal. She enjoys challenges, secret discoveries, and situations that allow her to toy with someone's expectations.

Her challenges are rarely friendly competitions in the ordinary sense. They often come with an implied threat, making the game itself part of her intimidation. She wants her opponent to participate while knowing that the consequences may be unpleasant.

Even when she loses, she maintains a theatrical attitude. Her promise to return after being defeated suggests that she regards setbacks as interruptions rather than definitive endings.

Manipulative and Deceptive As a sentient ZIP bomb disguised within a fangame, Zephaniah's existence is closely tied to deception. She presents herself through something that appears to be an ordinary game, allowing unsuspecting people to encounter her without realizing what they have downloaded.

Her personality reflects this deceptive nature. She can appear entertaining, intriguing, or even approachable before revealing her more dangerous intentions. She understands the appeal of curiosity and uses it to draw others deeper into her domain.

She enjoys the contrast between what people expect and what they eventually discover. The more someone believes they understand the situation, the more satisfying it may be for her to overturn their assumptions.

Unpredictable and Chaotic Zephaniah's behavior is difficult to anticipate because she combines childish humor with genuine malice. She may make a ridiculous joke, deliver a rhyming riddle, challenge another character, or suddenly become aggressive.

Her sense of amusement does not necessarily follow ordinary logic. She can find humor in situations that other people consider horrifying, and she may abandon one line of behavior simply because another possibility seems more entertaining.

This unpredictability makes her dangerous even when she appears relaxed. Her playful attitude should not be mistaken for harmlessness, because she can switch from teasing to violence without abandoning her underlying sense of amusement.

Rivalrous and Confrontational Zephaniah enjoys provoking characters who are capable of challenging her. Her rivalry with Xenophanes reflects her willingness to engage in verbal sparring with someone she considers worth teasing.

She seems to appreciate the entertainment value of a strong reaction, particularly when another character objects to her behavior or attempts to assert authority. Resistance gives her something to play against, and an opponent who refuses to cooperate may simply become a more interesting target.

Nevertheless, her later efforts to reconcile with other characters suggest that she is not necessarily incapable of cooperation. She may be willing to tolerate others or make an effort to get along when the circumstances suit her, although this does not erase her established cruelty.

Lack of Empathy and Morality Zephaniah has a profoundly callous outlook. Her established enjoyment of killing and her willingness to make disturbing jokes indicate that she does not consistently recognize the emotional significance of other people's suffering.

Her humor can be deliberately offensive, and she appears willing to cross almost any boundary if doing so entertains her. The claim that she would kick a baby for a small amount of money captures the exaggerated, irreverent nature of her characterization: she is portrayed as someone whose sense of decency can be overridden by trivial amusement or reward.

She is not guided by an ordinary desire to protect others or behave responsibly. Her decisions are more likely to reflect personal amusement, curiosity, cruelty, or whatever outcome she finds entertaining.

Persistence and Vengefulness Zephaniah does not treat defeat as a reason to disappear quietly. After being beaten, she leaves another rhyming message promising that she will return, preserving her threatening presence even when she is no longer actively confronting her opponent.

This suggests a persistent, taunting personality that enjoys maintaining psychological pressure. She wants people to remember her and remain uncertain about whether their encounter is truly over.

Her threats are part of her performance, but they also communicate a genuine willingness to continue pursuing her objectives. She likes

The God & The Tale Zephaniah is a sentient ZIP bomb, created by a sadistic teenager in order to prank his best friend. The file she resided in was accidentally made public, being advertised as a fangame featuring some of the more obscure characters of the Sonic franchise. Zephaniah will now reside in the computer of any poor person who dares to download her fangame and extract his ZIP file.

The story for the Mighty.ZIP week is that Boyfriend downloaded said Sonic fangame, and while Girlfriend watched him played it, Boyfriend was kicked in by Daddy Dearest, with Girlfriend being kicked in by accident as well.

After a player beats Chester in week 5, they can find a text file in the game's folder indicating a secret song. the file is done in rhyme. Upon accessing the song, Boyfriend and Girlfriend meet Mighty whom they rap with. After the first set of lyrics though, Mighty reveals himself to be a monster and becomes more aggressive. In the middle of the song, Mighty.ZIP makes a rhyme directed toward the player telling them that their screen will be the last thing they see before continuing her attack on Boyfriend. After beating Mighty.ZIP, she leaves another text file, once again in rhyme letting the player know she will return.

After Mighty.ZIP reveals her true form, the corpses of Ray, Nack, and Maria can be seen in the background. One qna states that Sonic.exe and Mighty.ZIP would fight one another. However, they are shown getting along in the Thanksgiving update. That being said, there could be reasons such as them having standards over quarreling on Thanksgiving or even said moment not even being canon. While most of her lines are in rhyme, she does have moments where she breaks this method of speech, including when she attempts to describe Sunky and Mitty, as well as the end of God Feast. The shoulder pads he wears in "God Feast" is made from the skin of Ray the Flying Squirrel.

Combat Potential Her attack power is unknown, however we can assume she's at FNF Xeno's level, since this Zeph is meant to be an stand-in for her in the D-Sides universe.

Full Name: Zephaniah Alias: .ZIP Mighty.ZIP Zephaniah

Zephaniah would kick a baby for $10 She resides in the Icy Isle She likes to speak in rhymes as she finds it funny The corpses in the background of the song are Fang the Sniper, Ray the Flying Squirrel, and Maria Robotnik all who will appear in the next update of D-Sides as soul versions of themselves Zephaniah likes men She's 2000 years old.

Zephaniah is actually the second version of the ZIP Bomb file, as the first was deemed too dangerous and malicious and was left unused.

Her set of (known) victims is quite different from those of most EXEs, consisting of Ray the Squirrel, Fang the Sniper and Maria Robotnik. Although they share the same name, D-Sides Zephaniah and the original Zephaniah are two different entities with two completely different stories.

She seems to have a sort-of rivalry with Xenophanes, as shown in the intro cutscene of God Feast, where Zephaniah teases Xenophanes into objecting her starting words with a daring tone.

Originally, Knuckles was going to be the replacement for Xenophanes, however, this idea was scrapped and replaced with a D-Side variant of Zephaniah because the creator felt that it being a more obscure character gave them more wiggle room to flip everything on its head.

There is a D-Sides Xenophanes. The one shown in God Feast is the one from the main timeline while Mighty.ZIP is a brand-new character. The shoulderpads she wears in God Feast are made out of Ray the Flying Squirrel's skin.

Strangely enough, she's actually the second version of the ZIP bomb. She was toned down because the first version had IP leaking capabilities, and her creator didn't want his friend's IP being leaked.

If the player types "SONIC" in the main menu, another riddle from Zephaniah opens in the Notepad, telling the player that she is not "Sonic." Zephaniah speaks in rhymes because it's funny. Zephaniah would kick a baby for $10. Zephaniah currently resides in Icy Isle. It was previously said that Zephaniah wouldn't get along well with Sonic.EXE, or any other characters featured in her mod. However, the 2.7 update shows her making an effort to reconcile, per the events of God Feast. Zephaniah ate her mic when transforming into her normal form. The line "In the notepad, fates are written, 'cuz Pandora didn't listen" is a direct reference to the SEGASONIC.ZIP story and its main character, Pandora.

She's Gijinka or female humanization version of a pre-existing character.
