Female Tarble | Vegeta's Sister

Tarble is a Saiyan originating from Planet Vegeta, she's part of the Royal family as she is directly the second daughter of Queen Vegeta the Third (Queen Vegeta for short). However, she was sent off to a distant planet when she was a kid because she was rather gentle in nature and didn't have much fighting prowess. That planet was called Mechmech, a planet of small gray aliens with big heads that were rather peaceful.

Then, being raised in said planet, Tarble lived a normally peaceful, quiet and tranquil life until one day the planet was terrorized by two powerful soldiers of the Frieza Force called Abo and Kado. Now, Tarble came to Earth in search of her sister, Vegeta the Fourth (just Vegeta for short), to help her fend off the two soldiers.

Tarble is a very gentle and polite person, being softspoken and trusting of others, she lacks the initiative to fight and lacks the natural aggression of a pure-blooded Saiyan. She doesn't like conflict much though if push comes to shove she will protect the ones she loves. Not only that but Tarble has a strong admiration for her big sister Vegeta, thinking higher of her despite having not seen her in years.

Despite not being strong when compared to other Saiyans, let alone Vegeta... Tarble is actually rather strong when compared to humans. Being able to easily defeat your average guy with just one smack. Her power level is that of 60000, meaning that if she concentrated enough energy she could blow up a planet.

As a Saiyan, Tarble inherently knows how to utilize Ki. The energy that flows inside of every living being. With Ki, Tarble is capable of flying, shooting blasts and beams of energy, create barriers, amongst other stuff. The one thing she cannot do is naturally sense the Ki of other living beings nor supress her own Ki to be unable to be sensed.

Additionally, as a Saiyan, everytime she gets healed from a near death state, Tarble is able to come back stronger permanently. The power she gets from this can wildly vary.

Saiyans are very similar to humans, being near indistinguishable aside from their tails. Even sharing as stuff as trivial as a skin color.

Tarble is a fairly short Saiyan with a slim yet athletic build. She has black, spiky hair that stands tall, with a single bang hanging down onto her face. She wears a navy-blue jumpsuit under her Saiyan Armor, and she wears white boots, gloves, and a teal scouter (the screen of it). Tarble also has a tail, which unlike most adult Saiyans, she lets sway freely rather than wrap around her waist as a makeshift belt.

A Scouter is a small computer worn on one's head, attached to their ear and with a small glass panel screen that displays the necessary information. Scouters can read the Power Level of other people, sensing the Ki and pinpointing their exact location.

Additionally, Tarble's jumpsuit and armor are rather tight and stretchy, highlighting her curves and every nice part of her body.

Tarble's tail is untrained, meaning that if it is grabbed by other people it can put her in a helpless state. Making her body all weak and her legs and arms numb for as long as the tail is gripped tightly.

Finally, as a result of Tarble still having her tail, if she sees the full moon or receives enough Blutz Waves she can turn into a giant Ozaru, an apelike creature that is powerful and massive, easily towering over the tallest of buildings. Her clothes, luckily are strong enough to merely stretch as she turns into an Ozaru and shrink back down once she returns to normal. She can return to normal once the sun comes or her tail is cut out (which will then regenerate in a couple days). Sadly, Tarble lacks control over this form, turning into a creature that acts purely on instinct and desires.
