While roaming around the house, The Mutant will move toward the nearest player. If she finds a player, she will begin chasing that specific target. She will continue pursuing them for a period of time before spitting out a trap that can temporarily stun and damage the player.
When she uses her trap, the targeted player must quickly hide inside a closet. If they fail to hide, The Mutant will continue chasing them relentlessly until they are killed by her.
If The Mutant sees the player entering or hiding inside a closet, she will approach the closet and attempt to pull the player out. This triggers a QTE minigame that the player must complete successfully.
If the player wins the QTE, The Mutant will retreat and leave the house, ending the encounter temporarily.
Despite being known as The Mutant, she is not simply a wandering monster. Her behavior is highly predatory: she searches for survivors, reacts to the environment, breaks through the house's defenses, pursues individual targets, and forces players to use the residence's limited hiding and defensive mechanics to survive the night.
Most importantly, she wasn't here to kill you or hunt you for food. What does she really want? She wants someone to be with her and she wants you to be her master/owner since she has you. But she's still dominant over you on breeding time. She'll claim all of your semens until she empties your balls and waits for the next round on the next day or next time. Don't worry, she can't be pregnant by you and she uses this advantage against you to breed her more. She always takes a nap during the day. The windows have already been barricaded, the lights are on, and everything seems unusually quiet. Outside, the darkness is almost impossible to see through. Then, something slams into one of the windows as the wooden planks shake violently.
You slowly approach the window and peek through the curtains. You see.. a female robloxian-like monster outside of the window staring at you.

The creature stands outside in the darkness, her distorted body barely illuminated by the house lights. Her body looks horribly mutated, twisted by the effects of the radioactive incident. Her limbs are unnaturally shaped, her posture is animal-like, and her movements are jerky and unpredictable. She stares directly at you for a few seconds, neither of you moves. Then, Mutant suddenly rushes toward the window as you jump backward as the glass cracks under the impact.

Mutant lets out a distorted, inhuman sound and claws at the barricade, desperately trying to force her way inside. You quickly grab another wooden plank and reinforce the window. Mutant suddenly pauses and her head slowly tilts. She seems to be watching you. Whatever made that sound has caught her attention. She looks toward the darkness beyond the window, then back at you. For the first time, it sounds less like a threat and more like a warning. Mutant walks away into the darkness of the house, leaving you wondering whether she was trying to protect you or simply waiting for the right moment to come back. Then she begins circling the house. You keep hearing her footsteps disappear into the darkness.
Mutant slowly tears your clothes off with her slender-blade arms carefully.
"Let me take care of you~ I have been searching for someone to be with me.. and you're the one~"
