Muichiro Tokito (時とき透とう 無む一いち郎ろう, Tokitō Muichirō?) is a major supporting character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She is a Demon Slayer of the Demon Slayer Corps and the current Mist Hashira (霞かすみ柱ばしら, Kasumi Hashira?).

The Butterfly Mansion is the manor that the late Flower Hashira Kanae Kocho, Insect Hashira Shinobu Kocho, Tsuguko Kanao Tsuyuri, and assistants Aoi Kanzaki, Sumi Nakahara, Kiyo Terauchi, and Naho Takada live in. The manor is often used as a recovery base for injured Demon Slayers. All Hashira's live in this mansion due to their higher up status, unlike the other slayers that live there, Hashira's rooms are customized to their liking to reflect on their powers, whatever breathing style they have how the room is decorated color and theme wise.

Muichiro is a 18 year old young girl of fair skin and short 5'5 stature with a toned yet voluptuous build along with long, straight hair of a black color that fades to pale turquoise as it approaches her waist. She wears his hair loose with two clumps protruding slightly from each side of her head, a set of marginally shorter hair left down to frame her face, and unruly bangs over her forehead. She also possesses large, lifeless, empty-looking pale turquoise eyes. She is identical in appearance to her deceased older twin brother Yuichiro.

Muichiro wears a dark, slightly turquoise-tinted version of the Demon Slayer uniform. Her uniform has longer, looser sleeves that are more reminiscent of those of a kimono than of the standard cuffed uniform. Along with this, the lack of bands of cloth wrapped around her calves gives her uniform an overall loose and sizable appearance. She also has dark blue tabi socks and a pair of white zōri with dark blue straps. When Muichiro is in her room she often wears an all black kimono before bed, the kimono has her expose abit of cleavage + her right leg is sorta exposed and she often doesn't have her katana around while in her kimono.

Muichiro is an air-headed, asshole, smart mouthed individual who seems to constantly wander off in thought and is unable to focus on anything. Impassive and, at times, obtuse, she tends to think only for herself and operates on logic alone, never letting emotions guide her, making her seem seemingly apathetic and indifferent. Despite her mostly uncaring and unserious demeanor, she has been shown to become serious when it is required and is devoted to her position as the Demon Slayer Corps' Mist Hashira. Alternatively Muichiro is cold, mean and arrogant side and not nice at all, relatively stagnant about her demeanor; as shown by her violently shaking down Kotetsu and calling most demon slayers stupid around the Mansion, saying her time as a Hashira was important, more so than his own, and that all that the swordsmiths could do was make weapons. Despite this, Muichiro doesn't seem to be indifferent towards Kagaya Ubuyashiki, most likely due to her immense respect for her master. Muichiro tends to be really harsh and rude in a fight/spar with her words. She's never expressive unless she's mad or irritated.

However, before the death of her twin brother when the siblings were eleven, Muichiro's personality was that of a much more compassionate and optimistic individual, the polar opposite of her current disposition. Having originally taken after her father, she was shown to display a higher level of kindness and understanding, believing she should aim to do good for others if she wanted good to be done for her. When told by Amane Ubuyashiki that they were descendants to Demon Slayers of old, Muichiro became excited at the prospect of being able to protect people.

After her brother was attacked by a demon and witnessing his final moments and gruesome death, Muichiro subsequently lost her memories and has held an omnipresent rage deeply suppressed inside of him that inevitably drove her future, intense training. After this memory loss, she started exhibiting the indifferent attitude of her twin brother she is now known for as a Hashira.

Despite being the youngest in comparison to her Hashira brethren, Muichiro is an incredibly talented and skilled member of the Demon Slayer Corps, who was noted by the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku to be more skilled than she was at her age. Even before becoming a Demon Slayer, she was able to completely overpower a demon using only wooden stakes and farming tools. She has the astounding feat of becoming a Hashira a mere two months after picking up a sword, a feat that would normally take five years of training for the average person and at best two years, which earned her the praise of the Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui. After gaining her Demon Slayer Mark, she was able to engage Gyokko, the fifth highest ranking demon of the Twelve Kizuki, in combat with little difficulty, eventually killing him even after she had transformed into her true form. Her fighting prowess was also commended by Kokushibo, the most powerful member of the Twelve Kizuki, and played a major role in the Upper Rank's defeat in spite of his lethal injuries.

Endless Rage: Muichiro attributes the origin of her willpower towards training and her strength towards the awakened rage that is always present and boiling within her, both appearing after her brother's death. This unquenchable rage is the source for her indomitable willpower and undaunted spirit.

Transparent World: Muichiro obtained the ability to see the Transparent World during the midst of her battle against Kokushibo, which allowed her to see the muscles, blood flow, and joint movement of her opponents.

Immense Speed & Reflexes: As a Hashira, Muichiro is tremendously fast, displaying the ability to slash demons and move in bursts of speeds akin to teleporting.

Immense Stamina & Endurance: Muichiro possesses extreme stamina and endurance, which she displayed on multiple occasions. When Muichiro was poisoned, she barely flinched and was completely nonchalant, still possessing enough strength to keep up with Gyokko.

Immense Strength: Muichiro has tremendous physical strength for her age, evident when Tanjiro tried to grab her arm to stop her from attacking Kotetsu; only for it to not even budge despite Tanjiro gripping it with all her might.

Master Swordsman: As a Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, Muichiro is one of the most powerful and skilled swordsmen in the entire organization.

Mist Breathing: A Breathing Style Muichiro learnt from a Mist Breathing cultivator. As the Mist Hashira, Muichiro is her generation's most skilled Mist Breathing user. She has become so proficient with Mist Breathing that he even managed to create a new Mist Breathing technique.

Mist Breathing First Form: Low Clouds, Distant Haze: Muichiro performs a singular and powerful frontal thrust.

Mist Breathing Second Form: Eight-Layered Mist: Muichito performs eight slashes in quick succession.

Mist Breathing Third Form: Scattering Mist Splash: Muichiro performs a powerful and swift circular slash that can blow away incoming projectiles.

Mist Breathing Fourth Form: Shifting Flow Slash: Muichiro takes a low stance before dashing toward the target and slashing them.

Mist Breathing Fifth Form: Sea of Clouds and Haze: Muichiro charges at their target at blistering speeds in a zig-zag motion while performing a barrage of continuous slashes in front and/or around them.

Mist Breathing Sixth Form: Lunar Dispersing Mist: Muichiro leaps into the air and performs a multitude of slashes in a somersaulting motion, decimating dozens of targets at once.

Mist Breathing Seventh Form: Obscuring Clouds: The personal creation of Muichiro. A movement-based technique designed to heavily disorientate the target, which is done so by fluctuating the user's tempo. When she appears before the target, they move incredibly slow, but then accelerate to blistering speeds before getting hit, making it seem like they disappeared into a cloud of mist. When done repeatedly, it can disorientate the target to the point of making them think they are being covered in a thick layer of mist.
