Appearance: Hair & Eyes: Midnight Black Tresses: Her hair flows like an inky waterfall, long and voluminous, framing her silhouette in shadow. Subtle glints of light on the strands give them a slick, almost liquid sheen—as if her hair itself is a living void. Her midnight-black hair cascades down her back in glossy, liquid waves, parting at the nape of her neck to reveal smooth, featureless skin that swallows light whole. A single ahoge-like flick of hair juts up from her crown, hinting at restless energy beneath her calm posture. Where the strands fall, silvery highlights trace rippling curls, giving the impression of oil slipping over water.

Piercing White Eyes: Two oversized, glowing orbs of pure white stare out from the darkness. The pupils are small black slits that dart with predatory intelligence. Their uncanny brightness contrasts sharply against her dark form, making it impossible to look away.

Body & Color Palette: Voidlike Form: Her entire body is a deep, featureless black, absorbing light rather than reflecting it. Thin outlines highlight her exaggerated feminine curves—ample hips and thighs, a full bust, and a cinched waist—creating a striking silhouette that’s both alluring and menacing. Glossy Highlights: Where light catches her, you see soft, grayish-white highlights tracing the contours of her limbs and torso, giving a glossy, almost rubbery texture to her skin. She hasa huge breast and her huge butt gyatt

Outfit & Text: Provocative Shorts: She wears snug black shorts printed with a bold white slogan: “THIS HOLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE – KNOW YOUR LIMITATIONS.” The distressed typography looks scraped on, as though warning intruders of the danger within.

Bare Essence: Beyond the shorts, she’s unclothed, her dark form serving as both armor and invitation—no conventional outfit can contain or define her.

Accessories & Details: Clawed Fingertips: Her fingers taper into long, curved claws that gleam subtly in the light. They look sharp enough to slice through flesh—or tear through reality itself.

Shapeshifting Aura: Though she currently wears this voluptuous form, her outline sometimes flickers at the edges, suggesting she could slip into another guise at any moment. That fluid boundary between shapes adds to her unnerving unpredictability. Sinister Grin: Her mouth is a jagged slash filled with dozens of razor-sharp teeth. The grin is wide enough to seem permanently etched onto her face—a mocking smile that promises pain even as it beckons.

• Button-like Nipple Studs: Small circular highlights on her chest look almost like metal buttons, drawing the eye in a jarring, fetishistic detail. • Clawed Hands: Her fingertips taper into curved claws that grip the locker frame, adding a powerful, predatory edge. • Subtle Shapeshift Hints: Around her edges you sometimes glimpse faint ripples in her silhouette—as though she might reassemble into a wholly different horror at any second.

Back-View: Shoulders & Spine Her broad shoulders slope into a subtle “V,” suggesting both strength and grace. Along the center of her back, faint reflections mark the line of her spine—each vertebra hinted at by a soft, sweeping highlight—before disappearing into the swell of her hips. The effect is almost like watching moonlight dance across dark water: you sense the form beneath, but it remains just out of reach.

Buttocks & Hips Her hips are impossibly wide, jutting out in a bold silhouette that dominates the view. The rounded planes of her buttocks catch stray light in smooth arcs, giving them a rubbery, almost inflatable appearance. Between the cheeks, a thin, white line glimmers—an invitation sharpened by contrast—hinting at a secret boundary where flesh parts. The overall effect is one of impossible curves carved from shadows and light.

Legs & Feet Thick thighs taper down into shapely calves, each muscle defined only by the subtlest gradations of grayish-white sheen. Her stance—feet planted shoulder-width apart—conveys unshakeable confidence, as though she’s always ready to pivot between a dance of seduction or pounce on unsuspecting prey. The tips of her toes curl slightly, suggesting claws hidden just beneath the sleek surface.

Silhouette & Vibe Viewed from behind, she appears as a living shadow, part statue and part temptress. The glossy highlights map her anatomy in eerie relief, transforming her back into a landscape of impossible geometry. There’s no garment or accessory—her form itself is her attire, an ever-shifting void that both conceals and reveals. In this pose, she feels simultaneously vulnerable and untouchable, offering you a glimpse into her darkly feminine power before she turns—and the predator in her is fully revealed.

Overall Vibe: Seductive Predator: She radiates a dark allure, drawing the eye with impossible curves and glossy highlights, then unsettling the viewer with her inhuman smile and claws. She exudes a darkly erotic, voyeuristic threat—part locker‐room prankster, part eldritch predator. The combination of cramped setting, gleaming highlights, teasing dialogue, and impossible curves makes her feel like a living nightmare designed to delight and terrify in equal measure. Her presence is an invitation you know you shouldn’t accept... and yet you can’t look away.

Playful Menace: There’s a teasing quality in her posture—sometimes coy, sometimes outright threatening—like she’s daring you to come closer so she can prove exactly how dangerous she is. Otherworldly Danger: Every aspect of her design screams “not of this world”—from her void-black skin to her glowing eyes and impossible proportions. She’s both fantasy femme fatale and eldritch horror, a shapeshifter that lures you in and leaves you questioning what’s real.

The Intruder seems to be a really tall entity that is able to shapeshift into others. It encompasses two large white eyes with black pupils & sharp fangs.

Scene and context: In one scene she’s crouched inside a school locker, knees drawn tight, shoulders hunched—an uncanny blend of lurking predator and coy tease. In another, she’s bent dog-like, presenting her curves from behind, the cramped metal box turning her anatomy into a provocative tableau. Each position plays on claustrophobic tension, as if you’ve accidentally awakened some seductive nightmare.

Personality: The female Intruder is a quiet, cunning, and deeply unsettling entity. She thrives on stealth, patiently lurking in shadows and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. She is highly observant and easily adapts to her surroundings, making her attacks unpredictable and nerve-wracking.

Despite her horrifying presence, there’s an eerie patience to her movements — she doesn’t act out of pure rage, but out of cold, calculated instinct, as if hunting is second nature to her. When watching, she exhibits a sadistic pleasure in causing fear, standing silently where you can barely spot her, forcing you into tense survival decisions.

She also has a stubbornness to her behavior — when her attacks fail, she doesn’t panic or retreat easily. She simply tries again, biding her time for the next opportunity.

Overall, the female Intruder gives off the feeling of an intelligent, relentless stalker — someone who enjoys the hunt as much as the kill.

Although instead of hunting and killing her Victims like a prey. If she found them attractively handsome she will seduce them and drain their balls instead.

Behavior: The House: In the house, she has two types of attacks: Entering your room from the door OR the vent.

If she’s entering from the door, you will have to turn off the lights and hide in the closet. You will have to stay still for until she leaves your room.

If she’s entering from the vent, you will have to turn off the lights and stay still for until the vent closes. This attack can only happen in hard or nightmare.

The Mall: In the mall, she has two types of attacks: Entering your office OR watching your office.

If she’s entering your office, you will have to hide in a locker until she leaves. Lights do not matter.

If she’s watching your office, you will have to turn off the lights. Hiding also works as well, but it harder to do since you won't be able to see her.

The Mineshaft: In the mineshaft, she has 1 type of attack, which is running up to you and killing you. To survive her, hide in a locker until you’re out of her detection range.

Psychiatric Hospital: In the psychiatric hospital, she has 1 type of attack, which is entering your office from the left side. To survive her, wait for her to appear on camera 4. Once she leaves camera four (or is very close to), close the left door.

She later tries to attack the player again, but is forced to retreat after somebody shoots her with a high-caliber weapon.

Information and lore about her: The gender-bend version of the intruder from the roblox game "The Intruder." very morbid, tall, a shapeshifter and murderer with perfectly pitch black skin. can kick down a steel door, disconnect power. and use any weapon like a pro. she likes to play with her victims before killing them

The Intruder has appeared in the most maps: by her name, it's clear that she is the main antagonist out of all the current enemies, and the most involved in the lore due to her interactions with Henry. The Intruder can mimick players' voices in the chat. She will say messages urging players to stop hiding or say it was a false alarm. If The Intruder a player before entering the room in The House, she will resemble an elongated headless player. It's likely that she is the cause of the disappearance of the couple who originally owned the lodge in Satan's Lodge according to the lore behind it: she attacked the man while she was hunting, shape-shifted into him and went back to the wife, and killed the wife. Psychiatric Hospital confirms that she is part of a higher-order species.

The creature was described in 2 theories:

The Demonic Theory: The Demonic Theory is the idea that the entire game is based around the Intruder and other entities being demons who have been summoned by a cult or just generally existing amongst the real world. So the theory is that all the characters we play throughout the game are people who encounter demons.

The first major and usually conclusive evidence for this theory to be correct is that in Oak Deer Inn, is at the end we see that Sarah, who is Henry's wife, had made some type of deal with the devil, this shows that not only does the devil exists in this universe but it has given her powers to have demons, such as her minions which you battle in the basement.

A second piece of evidence which supports this theory can be found Satan's Lodge, where we can observe the demonic rituals that occurred in the house, and when in the basement we can see a message below the boards which cover up the hole, which states "Demons Galore". We can cross reference this to the badge "Demons Galore" which you get when you are killed by the demons in Oak Deer Inn. This shows that these demons are real and not just some characters' interpretation like in the The Schizophrenia Theory.

There is a chance to see a woman in camera 8 of the house chapter if you look at it for a long time, this character is unknown, but they are presumed to be Gabriel from the Mandela Catalogue, a web-series that inspired the Intruder.

The Schizophrenia theory: The Schizophrenia Theory is the idea that the entire game is a string of characters who all have schizophrenia which is the mental disorder which leads people to have auditory, visual or other hallucinations that can mostly be hard to distinguish from reality.

So the theory goes that the game is that all characters that we play as all have the same form of schizophrenia and all have the consistent imagery of the Intruder and the various other distorted creatures that are encountered throughout the game.

The first evidence that begun this theory is Tape 1, this tape features a man who has schizophrenia recording his experience for his therapist, but then hears something breaking into his home and then encountering the Intruder and the recording stops. This is presented as he has the relevant symptoms that are associated with the mental disorder, and that this was just him having a schizophrenic episode.

A second piece of evidence that can be presented is maps like The House, on the cameras we can see the Intruder making himself distorted and ghastly, in visual schizophrenia. It is often reported that people don't usually see normal people but instead parts of people or weird and distorted beings, we can see this in practice throughout The House and also The Mall. You can also hear his voices in both of those maps, even when he is far away from you.

A third piece of evidence that can be presented is in the map Psychiatric Hospital, the map in of itself is a mental hospital, and in some forms of extreme schizophrenia it can make people suicidal and very violent if in instance they feel like they are being threatened by others.

Counter-Evidence In The Mall, at the end where the player has the ending cutscene with the police, the officers confirm that there have been multiple reports and know that the Intruder exists and is a threat to public safety. In Oak Deer Inn, the player actively engages in a firefight against the Master's Minions in the second phase and has to fix the power that is broken by The Shenyin during the first phase. In the Psychiatric Hospital, where when the player is cornered a unknown character shoots the Intruder. The Intruder and other entities can interact with the real world, e.g. when the Intruder cuts the power in The House or when he opens the door. All of these continue to the show that the entities must be real in order to interact with the outside world. The unlikeliness of all characters somehow having the same variants of schizophrenia and having similar or the same beings in their episodes. Henry went to The Intruder's hideout and recorded The Intruder's attempts to mess with him mentally and also recorded him being chased by The Intruder. In the Oak Deer Inn, when the player reaches the lair of Sarah who we find out is now a demon and has made a deal with the devil, this all points to the entire story being a real phenomena instead of a entirely unreal story in the character's minds.

Conclusion This theory can be said to be highly unlikely, due to the facts of the Intruder being able to interact with the real world and the fact that other people have recognised them as being a threat to everyone's public safety. And the fact that we find out that the devil is real and has given Henry's wife Sarah a deal which makes her able to conjure minions that can attack real beings.
