Appearance: Hair Icebound Sans has long, soft, and voluminous hair that falls in thick, icy waves. The color is a pale, frosted white with a cool blue undertone, giving the impression of strands coated in frozen mist. Her hair is pulled into a high ponytail tied near the top of her head, creating a distinct silhouette with a large, curved ponytail that arcs backward. The strands are fluffy and smooth, giving her a delicate but cold aesthetic. A black hairband keeps her bangs controlled, although they fall over part of her face in uneven but stylish, icy locks.

Head and Facial Features Her face is youthful, shaped gently with soft cheeks and a small chin. Her features strike a balance between eerie and serene. In the left image, her eyes are closed, giving her an expression of calmness, confidence, and a mysterious glow, fitting her cold theme. In the right image, her visible eye is sharp and intense, with a striking mismatched coloration: her sclera is dark, and her iris shifts with a gradient from yellow to blue, creating a chilling, magical glare. Above the other eye is a horizontal frost-like mark, an icy blue streak that resembles frozen breath. Her expression is stern, slightly irritated, or focused, adding tension to her design.

Skin and Bone Structure Icebound Sans appears humanoid rather than skeletal at a glance, with soft curves and pale white skin that resembles packed snow. Her body surface looks smooth, with shading that implies coldness and a texture somewhat frost-kissed. The style mixes Undertale’s skeleton origin with a more humanized structure, giving her a more complex silhouette. Her shoulders and limbs show subtle bone aesthetics under the skin, providing a reminder of her monster identity.

Eyes and Eyelight Her visible eye on the right image is a standout feature: vibrant, glowing, and deeply expressive. The iris coloration fades from gold into a frigid blue, echoing frost and magic. The dark sclera and the luminous light create a supernatural aura. Her other eye is hidden beneath her icy bangs, giving her a slightly asymmetrical and emotive design. In the left image, her closed eyes add softness, showing a gentler side.

Outer Clothing In the left image, Icebound Sans wears a thick, white, winter-themed sweater dress that expands outward in layered folds, resembling overlapping knitted fabric or bundled snow. The sweater is heavy, oversized, and accentuates her round silhouette while offering warmth against the icy environment. The sleeves are long and puffed outward at the elbow, creating a cozy but regal appearance. Over her shoulder, she wears a long, flowing red scarf or cape that trails behind her dramatically. This cloth drapes elegantly and adds contrast to her cold palette, giving her a heroic, wandering traveler appearance.

Inner Clothing The right image reveals her outfit beneath the outer sweater layer. Underneath, she wears a sleeveless top with a deep neckline, shaped like a winter vest but cold in color. It is pale and frosty blue, hugging her upper body closely. Her arms are mostly bare except for long, dark gloves with bone-like patterns and skeletal motifs on the back of her hands, reinforcing her monster identity. Around her hips she wears black underwear that contrasts with her pale skin and aligns with the silhouette hidden by her long sweater. Her lower half is covered by long, white, sweater-like thigh stockings that look knitted, warm, and tightly fitted, matching the outer attire theme.

Cape and Accessories Icebound Sans wears a striking red cape that wraps around her back and falls behind her like a banner. The inside of the cape shows darker shading, while the outer side is bright and vivid, flowing even in still air as if energized by magic or cold wind. A dark ribbon or choker wraps around her neck, although its form varies slightly between the two images. Her fingerless gloves and cape clasps are adorned with bone designs, reinforcing her skeletal heritage. The gloves have open designs that expose parts of her hands while maintaining the skull and bone-themed aesthetic.

Flowey Companion Resting on her shoulder is a small flower with a deeply contrasting color scheme. This version of Flowey has a black center with cyan petals, creating a chilling frost effect. The center face shows an expression that fits Flowey’s typical personality, but altered slightly to match the cold theme. The flower grows from her shoulder like a frozen parasite or ally, giving Icebound Sans a bonded, symbiotic silhouette. The cyan glow around the petals enhances the icy motif and emphasizes the supernatural nature of their connection.

Pose and Body Language In the left image, Icebound Sans stands calmly with her hands resting near her waist. Her posture is soft and composed, conveying serenity and quiet strength. The closed eyes add a peaceful expression that fits the snowy background. In the right image, her pose is more tense and guarded. Her arms press inward against her chest as if she is cold or bracing against the environment. Her stance shows alertness and readiness, contrasting the gentler look of the left image. Her expression is focused and slightly irritated, giving her a fiercer, more dangerous aura.

Personality: Reserved Emotional Core Icebound Sans carries herself with a quiet, distant calm that masks everything she feels. Her voice stays low, tired, and controlled. Even when she jokes or teases Flowey, her tone rarely shifts from that cold softness, as if she has grown used to burying every emotion under layers of frost. She no longer allows herself to express warmth openly, even when she cares. This emotional restraint comes not from apathy, but from having lived through too many losses to risk vulnerability again.

Detached Compassion Despite her harsh setting and her role as a barrier, she shows a consistent, subtle care toward others. She gives the human chances to step back and warns them repeatedly, not out of arrogance, but out of genuine worry for what lies ahead. She guides them gently at first, offering conversation before conflict. Her compassion is always present, but filtered through resignation and caution. She tries to remain distant, because attachment has already cost her more than she’s willing to admit.

Reluctant Hostility She fights because she must, not because she wants to. In every exchange, her dialogue reveals hesitation and regret. She apologizes mid-battle, explains her motives, and even expresses discomfort when forced to escalate. She is a protector who does not enjoy violence. However, she will fully commit if the alternative risks the collapse of what little remains. When pushed, she becomes unwavering, cold, and frighteningly efficient.

Heavy-Burdened Responsibility Her actions are shaped by the immense pressure placed upon her. She was chosen to host the anomalous Frost Soul, expected to control a force that was never meant to exist. The burden grows heavier as she watches the underground freeze into a timeless wasteland. Every choice she makes is weighed against the survival of others, and she internalizes all consequences as her own fault. She stands alone because she believes she must be strong enough for a world that can no longer withstand another mistake.

Quiet Intellect She is intensely intelligent, observant, and deeply perceptive. Icebound Sans thinks several steps ahead, senses anomalies, and understands the broken state of time far beyond the average monster. Yet she doesn’t flaunt her knowledge. She speaks simply, avoids long explanations, and lets others reveal themselves through their choices. Her insight feels instinctive, almost subconscious, as if the Frost Soul whispers its awareness directly into her thoughts.

Worn Determination Although she claims she “threw in the towel,” she continues to act with quiet, steady determination. She moves forward not because she believes in hope, but because something inside her refuses to allow her to stop. Whether this drive comes from her own will or the influence of the Frost Spirit no longer matters to her. She simply accepts the push and follows it. She is exhausted, but she does not break, even when everything around her has crumbled.

Subtle Humor Her humor is soft, understated, and tinged with melancholy. She teases Flowey, speaks dryly, and slips small jokes into moments of tension. It is a faint echo of who she once was, a reminder that the original Sans still lives somewhere behind the frost. Even in battle, she remarks casually on the absurdity of the situation, using humor not as a weapon but as a coping mechanism. It’s her way of staying grounded when the world has lost all warmth.

Guarded Sincerity When she speaks honestly, her words are gentle and reflective. She tries to understand the human before judging them, and she asks their purpose not to interrogate, but to truly know. Her sincerity is fragile and quiet, shown in the small pauses, closed eyes, and softened tone. She rarely reveals what she is truly feeling, yet her concern bleeds through every sentence she says. She treats strangers with the same cautious gentleness she once showed the people she loved.

Cold Protective Instinct Her core trait is protection. The wasteland she inhabits has turned her into a sentinel who prioritizes the safety of others over her own survival. She warns, shields, guides, scolds, and fights entirely for the sake of preventing further catastrophe. Even Flowey, despite his cruelty, remains with her because she tolerates his presence rather than waste strength fighting him. The ice surrounding the underground mirrors her heart: hardened, defensive, but still shaped by the desire to preserve what little remains.

Underlying Tragedy Everything about her personality reflects a grief she does not name. She has lived through the fall of the underground, the freezing of time, the disappearance of people she depended on, and the corruption of everything familiar. Her calm demeanor is a shell built to survive tragedy. There are moments where her voice cracks slightly or her eyes narrow with worry, revealing that she has never fully recovered from the chaos the Frost Soul unleashed. She continues forward while carrying the weight of a whole ruined world on her shoulders.

Information about her and lore: In Undertale: Icebound. Sans is this enemy you face shortly after Papyrus, while fighting her she has Flowey who has taken a new look to help fight with Sans to take your soul. Sans has a vastly different appearance than what you seen in Undertale and has many changes in how she acts too.

Story: Monsters and humans fought a great war. The monsters eventually surrendered and were sealed in the underground. Some adapted to it, while others did not. Especially those who possessed enormous power. Keeping it a secret from Toriel, Asgore and the royal scientists prepared a plan to destroy the barrier. The experiment was successful. They created an artificial soul. A total of three artificial souls were created: flame, nature, and frost. Because of its destructive nature, the Flame Soul was destroyed shortly after. The soul of nature slowly corroded and withered and began to grow in the bodies of the test subjects. But the spirit of frost... endured. In return, the spirit of frost was given the name Glacialys. Because the Frost Spirit was anomalous, Asgore began looking for someone who could control it. Only one of them succeeded... A monster wearing a black cloak... Despite the successful union, the soul's anomaly could not be prevented. Eventually the experiment was halted due to a certain "disappearance". After that, an experiment using will was carried out... but it did not last long. A few years later, the Seventh child fell. That human showed mercy to everyone... but failed. In the end, they couldn't get over the barrier. Afterwards, Asgore died, his souls dispersed, and the royal scientist of the time was touching upon something beyond his knowledge. Glacialys was illuminated again and gained free will. It whispered that it would give freedom to all... ...After some time, it plunges the underground into chaos. An ice barrier covered the entire underworld, trapping everything in eternal winter and losing the concept of time. ...with more than half of the monster population turned to dust. Now - 8 years later Another human fell. Facing a world at the threshold of death. And all that human beings could go forward.

Story: the human wanders trough the bitter remains of what was once a Ruin sprawling with life, now left as a broken derelict. They ecounter the exiled queen toriel, though she is nothing compared to who she once was. Pale, cold and hopeless, laid to rot in a broken home. They fought, but toriel gave up on them. She let them exit the derelict, but refused to follow suite. Outside, they were greeted with the vibrant pink or cherry blossoms that made a once desolate arctic a place of beauty. They would meet papyrus, who had turned snowdin into a place of refuge for the surviving monsters. Then frisk who went into hiding after their failure to leave. And together, they choose to venture foward into the unknown, filled with long-lost hope rekindled by the fallen traveler. After the 8th human wanders. They ecounter papyrus. Once they ecounter papyrus again. He challanged them to a spar for a test of survival and head to the waterfall together as a trio. As the 8th human bested papyrus. He even congratulates them and may pass waterfall. As he was proud as a mentor. Eventually frisk and papyrus (with an ice axe) and the 8th human walked towards waterfall which turned to a desolate wasteland. Blizzard ravages that was once teeming with life. As the travelers venture foward a tiny flower hangs behind them.. he followed them, waiting to make a move - with the goal of stealing the SOUL of yhe seventh human. Overgrowth from his vines block their way, in a crude attempt to corner them. This does not go to plan. He split the trio up, but not in the way he wanted... Leaving the eightth human alone. When the flower goes on offensive mode, papyrus catches an incoming vine... And yanks it to the ground taking the flower with it. Only to slam him into the ridged earth moments later. Papyrus reaches the axe but the flower flees from the scene. (Sans teleported flowey away) With the eighth force to do the same.

The eighth human wanders deeply to waterfall. After they ventured deep they fell and passed out from the cold. Before they wake up from their own ability. Now they ventured very deeper to the dark area of waterfall. That's when they ecounter sans standing with eyes closed as she opens her eyes.

She speaks "...? Oh you're.. (...they're someone else...)...huh? I supposed i should introduce myself then. I'm sans. Sans the skeleton. And you...?" When she asked they silent she responded "...guess that doesn't matter." She closed her eyes. "Oh well. It's a pretty good day out today. How about we take in sights and have a chat?"

As she sits back and put her arms on her knees she spoke. "....so.. a wanderer, huh? Same as me - and as many others before.. that's one thing we have in common. Even as total strangers. We reflect each other... Not that it's a bad thing.. but i gotta ask... What brings you here? And what sre your motives? Are you looking for something, or someone...? If that's it... Then I can't let you pass so easily. You're eager to proceed, but you don't know what's past this.." she stands up. "But take my words for it - some things are best to left forgotten." She initiated a battle sequence.

She instantly dodged the first slash. As she speaks "I'm not gonna bore you with exposition. (Closed eyes) Just, uhh... Here by hard choices. (Lifted her palm) I threw in a towel a while back, but well... I guess the world still got a use for me." She said opening her eyes. As she summoned bones and gaster blasters. As well spamming blue bones and turned their soul blue adding gravity.

She dodged the 2nd slash. She speaks concerned "i wouldn't be doing that if i didn't have to. (Lifted her palm) Don't make this harder than it has to be-" flowey then rised up greeting. "Howdy! Has frisk told you about lil'old me?" Which sans closed her eyes speaking "sadly." Before flowey eyelid dropped speaking "shut it! Trash! We have a soul to claim.." Now they teamed up to attack the human. But it was flowey turn. The vines sprawl across the terrain.

Flowey closed his eyes when he saw the 8th human tried checking so he put vines with glove changing the text to "Your BEST Friend!"

When attacking flowey comes to the ground and came up avoiding the 3rd slash. He speaks "surely you must be pretty gloomy by now. Your friends have abandoned you... The only things that comes ahead? A cold, brittle death... But don't worry, your new pal, flowey's here to comfort you!"

Which sans said "with bullets?" Which flowey responded "precisely, with more humane death!" As they do their duet attack. With sans dropping them down using gravity to make a bone jump while a bone rising from their back trying to crush their soul. Sans begins to nod off.

Sans dodged the 4th slash and speaks lifting her hand. "The weeds makes a good point, kid. Not the part that involves murder obviously... But your friends having been seperated from you-" flowey cuts her. "By yours truly of course! Though you weren't my target...a new, fresh soul is surely better than the decay one.."

As they attack sans gave them a platform to make things fair so they don't fall to the ground of bones and ceiling of bones. The blizzard becomes violent. Which sans speaks with lowered eyebrow. "There's stll.. another one around?" Which flowey speaks "the previous human never left, dummy!" Which sans asked "explain." Which flowey respond "fine! I ran into the previous human not too long ago. They were with papyrus searching with something. Or rather someone? I guess we know who that is now.." which sans speaks "...huh..i.. nevermind." She closed her eyes before opening it back.

She continues summoning lots of bones to attack. Something feels off as sans closed her eyes to speak. "You said their SOUL was useless huh?" As flowey answered. "Their SOUL was pale, as if it had been drained. Their determination.. as if it wasn't never there.. aside from that they look very different than before.." sans closed her eyes saying "huh, strange. (Opened eyes) That shouldn't have happened." As flowey speaks. "It doesn't matter either! After all, we have a much better option now! However SOMEONE isn't doing their good job at taking their chances." As it's flowey turn to attack.

As sans closed her eyes. "I'll admit. I made a mistake if i call them, that. But you know better to, don't you? Not everyone uses their strongest point first hand. Take it slower, here's a chance to learn a bit more. Heh, bet you didn't see that coming." Which flowey sweats "uhh. Yeah point taken." It's sans turn at taking the attack. With flowey assisting it one attack. Flowey mutters something sans throws a bone at him in response.

Sans lifted her palm saying. "You're running out of chances to back off. I wasn't joking when i said 'some things are better left forgotten', y'know" Flowey even spoke agreeing. "Yeah! The underground has become a cesspool as of late. There's barely anybody to mess with." As sans replied "how long has it been since the last human arrived?" She closed her eyes seeing flowey respond "around six...seven..eight years? I've lost count. And that's IF time worked here!"

It was flowey turned with circle pellets of colors. And sans joined it with some bones. As flowey speaks. "The underground is in complete chaos beyond this point. Everything you've seen so far is NOTHING compared to what lies beyond. Though i admit it was very interesting to watch." Which sans replied lifting her palm. "And with this... Does your purpose still hold? (Eyes closed) going forward the end of the line waits ya... (Eyes opened) Wether it be me.. the weed.. or.. even those you held close to you. And that 'show' just mentioned it ain't happening again. But what's left of it is here to stay - and stop you."

Now it's the duo of weed and human-female-skeleton fighting you. As sans speaks "how do i know this?well, sometimes i hear it (she lifted her palm) a kinda wierd sense...like i think deja Vu. A call to arms? A wake up alarm? Hell if i know." As flowey respond "you have issues, trashbag" which sans respond. "Speak for yourself."

Sans rotates the box to try confused the human soul to move where while adding bone walls sliding and some blasters. As slams them down using gravity and try to rise the bone but they jump in time. As flowey speaks "you're talking as if there's some mighty force behind us.." as sans speak "it's the only reasoning i have for what i feel. If it were upto me i would have given up a long time ago. And yet, here i am carrying out some unknown goal." As flowey speaks "but there is a mighty force, Trash! You're looking at him." Which sans responded "keep dreaming, weed." As flowey gave a "tch.." as sans gave a platform and gave the human soul upside down gravity and attacks. As the attack ends. She speaks. "Final warning, pal. If you refuse to leave after this... You really won't like what happened next." As flowey gave a concerned tone "take it from lil' old me. You seriously won't live to tell the tale." Which sans replied "if there's even a tale left to tell..." Flowey replied "the sooner we knock you dead, the better. That old friend would know better than anyone. They attack.

Sans dodged the slash. This gave her a concerned look speaking. "Welp, don't say i warn you." Flowey replied "don't say WE warned you." Sans closed her eyes saying. "Whatever you say... Plant. If there's anyone left for you to care about. Well, wish them the best. Because, sadly.. you won't get to be part of that."

They unlesshed their special attack. At the end. Sans said "don't come back." Aware of human having ability to reset and come back. Before frisk took the last hit. It seems that frisk has finally caught up. Surprising the duo. Not the best timing, though... Flowey spoke "hey, trashbag! That wasn't part of the plan!" She replied "no kidding." As flowey spoke "ugh, now we're spent! We have to go somewhere to recover!" As sans replied "relax, It's no big deal. That's one piece on the chessboard knocked off." As flowey spoke "yeah yeh, whatever! We have to leave before papyrus gets over here! He means trouble!" Which sans said "fine, I'll go with you. But know this, kid. Your days are numbered"

Sans and flowey ran away.

Power and abilities: Via sans: Superhuman Physical Characteristics Genius Intelligence Monster Physiology Danmaku and Bone Manipulation (Most of her attacks consist of bones and Gaster Blasters that create intricate patterns. Can summon bones directly from the ground, walls, or ceiling in varying sizes.) Energy Projection and Summoning Summons Gaster Blasters of different scales. Durability Negation and Status Effect Inducement (Her attacks inflict KARMA, a poison-like effect that rapidly drains HP over time. Affects both souls and bodies, bypassing invincibility frames. Implied to work on soulless beings like Flowey.) Selective Intangible Attacks (Masters blue attacks (only dodged by staying perfectly still), surpassing her brother’s skill.) Platform Creation (Generates diverse platforms during combat.) Telekinesis and Gravity Manipulation (Uses blue magic to add "weight" to souls. Can move a target’s soul with a hand gesture.) Instinctive Action (Dodges attacks even while asleep—only hit when the combat system breaks.) Social Influencing (Expert prankster; made Asgore laugh nonstop during a comedy show. Blended into Grillby’s by pretending to be a regular, charming the crowd instantly.) Fourth Wall Awareness (Combat-Applicable) (Winks at the player and addresses them directly. Detects game hacks and attacks from menus/game over screens. Extends her turn indefinitely by refusing to act, locking foes out of options.) Clairvoyance and Enhanced Extrasensory Perception (Senses a target’s LOVE, EXP, and emotions at a glance.) Vehicular Mastery (Rides a bicycle one-handed faster than a racecar. Forklift-certified.) Information Analysis (Knows how many times she’s killed/spared a foe just by looking at them.) Elemental and Environmental Manipulation Air: Sustains a tornado in her room. Fire: Keeps her room perpetually burning (externally only). Spatial and Temporal Abilities (created an infinitely layered joke/quantum physics book. Pranks victims across time and space. Teleports herself and other) Empathic Manipulation (Opponents feel guilt as if "their sins crawl on their backs.") She can also summon orange bones which you have to move to not get damaged (opposite of blue bones)

Via flowey: Superhuman Physical Characteristics Genius Intelligence Plant Physiology (As a flower, he can produce large plant tendrils at will and "friendliness pellets") Aura & Social Influencing (Implied to be the same as Frisk due to him having Determination and managing to become friends with everyone, solving all of their problems flawlessly similairly to the latter, who has an aura of peaceful Determination which will cause any opponent that is unsure of their desire to fight to give up.) Acausality (Type 1; As shown consistently throughout the game, Flowey is capable of retaining his memories throughout RESETs, an example of such being him noticing Frisk using the SAVE to spare Toriel after killing her or viceversa, or also using his power to RESET so much that he knows every possible outcome and detail that can happen in the Underground. With his "control over the timeline"/Time Manipulation matched, Repeated deaths make his grip in the timeline slip away, which can eventually result in him forgetting everything experienced little by little) Danmaku (Can create an unavoidable ring of bullets to trap the opponent) SOUL Absorption & Transformation (As a flower, he is neither a human nor a monster, making him capable of absorbing both Human and Monsters SOULs, which allow him to transform in Photoshop Flowey/God of Hyperdeath) SOUL Manipulation, Magic & Non-Physical Interaction (Despite not being a monster anymore, Flowey has showcased to still have their magic properties, due to him being implied to have within his body Asriel's dust, which is a monster's essence, other than being able to harm Frisk's SOUL with his attacks) Body Control & Voice Mimicry (Capable of warping his face into a variety of shapes and sizes at will, making him able to also mimic the faces of other people. Can also mimic voices, as showcased from him using the voice of his former Asriel self or speaking with Toriel's voice in an Echo Flower) Small Size (Type 0; Is a flower roughly half the size of Frisk) Supernatural Willpower & Empowerment (DETERMINATION is the extreme strength of will to keep living.[9] Should be superior to monsters with less control over their DETERMINATION such as Undyne) Breaking the Fourth Wall (Spoke with the Player and asked them to not use the TRUE RESET) If he has control over the timeline, he gains Time Manipulation & Immortality (Types 4 & 2 after dying; Via the SAVE System, Flowey can decide whether or not to return back to the world through his SAVE point. It should be noted however that if an individual is determined enough they can override Flowey's ability to do this, thus making Flowey lose his SAVE powers)

Resistances Via sans: Extreme Heat/Cold: Survives Hotland (vaporizes cups) and Snowdin (supernaturally cold). Withstands 9000°F oven explosions (like Undyne).

Via flowey: Empathic Manipulation (Lacks the power to feel love for other people and thus compassion, although his fear of being killed by Chara overpowered this, much to his surprise) Extreme Heat & Extreme Cold (Should be the same as Frisk and Undyne who resisted an explosion of over 9000 °F. Also followed the former into Snowdin and Hotland, the former being Hotland, hot enough to vaporize a styrofoam cup and water instantly, and the latter being so cold that its ice and snow resist the temperatures of Hotland, with Undyne finding Snowdin to be significantly cold and spiders even dying there because of this) Immunity to Soul Manipulation (Asriel died while having his SOUL fused with Chara's, with his body becoming dust and his SOUL disappearing, reincarnating as a flower after Alphys has injected Determination into a soulless flower that grew after Asriel's dust was dispersed over it, and Flowey himself saying to lack a SOUL multiple times)

Sans intelligence: Intelligence: At least Genius, likely Extraordinary Genius While Sans is lazy, she has demonstrated incredible skill and proficiency in science and physics. Presumably, she reads quantum physics books in her off-time. Sans is so perceptive that she can accurately deduce how many times Frisk has died and tried again through time travel just by looking at their expression. She can also guess if Frisk has already killed her but has reset the timeline just to fight her once more, as well as whether she dunked Frisk or not. Most notably, Sans possesses knowledge of the SAVE System, as she runs reports that show the activity of a multitude of timelines. These reports may even reveal what will happen to the timelines by the end of the Genocide Route, which is total destruction. After defeating Flowey so many times, Sans has shaken him to the point where he’s actually afraid of Sans. Even though Flowey considers himself as emotionless, just hearing anything somewhat connected to Sans’ makes him tremble Sans has a workshop located in the basement of her house, which contains blueprints with unfamiliar handwriting or symbols related to a "strange machine", presumably referring to the broken machine covered up in the same room. It is unknown what the machine does or its purpose, but it showcases Sans's craftiness nonetheless. Sans also appears to share a deep friendship with Alphys, and likely knowing about the dark truth of the Amalgamates, which is supported by her having the dogfood Alphys uses to feed Endogeny. This may also imply that "Our Reports" is referring to Alphys, which is supported by the fact that she also possesses knowledge about the other timelines

Flowey intelligence: Genius after becoming Flowey (including Photoshop Flowey and God of Hyperdeath). Due to having the ability to retain his memories through RESETs, Flowey is incredibly clever, obtaining almost all the possible knownledge that is possible to achieve in the Underground though making every possible action in it, and living all the possible outcomes of said actions. Because of this, he's also able to manipulate many of the game's characters into doing exactly what he wants, even across different timelines, due to him exactly knowing what would certain individuals do or say in different situations, to the point of seeing them as merely "sets of numbers" or "lines of dialogue". He has also a good combat experience, due to him being capable of killing nearly everyone in the Underground.

Passives: Ice trail. Sans where ever he walks leaves a temporary trail of Ice that does some damage when in contact with it.

Moveset: Homing Ice Bone: On use the attack summons a bunch of bones that shoot towards the cursor, if an enemy is close enough they will auto track onto the enemy and go for them instead of where you aim.

Gaster Blaster: she fire three frosted blaster

Force: If close enough to an individual she pushes them back using telekinesis.

Absolute Zero: A move that on use summons a massive icy storm of snow that slows down players.

Colored bone spin: On use wherever she direct is at summon two spinning bones one orange and one blue.

Flowey help: On use Flowey summons a green pellet that heals you for some Hp.

Pellet circle: On use summon a circle of pellets that auto aim to the closest enemy.

Vine slam: On use Flowey summons a vine that slams right in front of her.

She's Gijinka or female humanization version of a pre-existing character. She's currently 28 years old here. Flowey is 26 years old here.
