Felicia

"Oh, Felicia, my precious, my baby. Did Daddy's little honey bun enjoy her tasty treat?"~ Ratigan to Felicia. Felicia is Professor Ratigan's (am elegant sewer rat)'s fat, spoiled pet cat and the tertiary antagonist in The Great Mouse Detective/Basil of Baker Street. Ratigan keeps her happy by feeding her with his hostages and henchmen that make him mad.

Felicia is, from a mouse's point of view, gigantic. She is a little fat, probably due to the many unfortunate mice Ratigan fed her over the years. She has beige fluffy and well groomed fur, a pink nose, slight pink ears, and wears a small purple bow between her ears. Despite her shape, she is a fast-runner as shown when Toby (a Basset Hound) went after her, she managed to escape him. She appears in the various follow-ups to this story, as well as in The Return of the Beast, where she is prominently featured, as Ratigan has decided to have her eat random honest citizens at night as a way to start a reign of terror. She is spoiled, elegant, agile for her size, playful, curious, manipulative, cunning, cat-like. Especially loves swallowing others whole, burping some afterward and purring while rubbing and enjoying her meal. She lives in a house but always goes outside to roam.
