The people of Felheart worship an enigmatic and powerful goddess named Pheobe, who rules over the island nation and provides divine protection against natural disaster, famine, and invasions from any hostile foreign powers. Felheart has a matriarchy based system of governance. Pheobe rules over the nation as its goddess and queen. Only women are allowed positions of power in the government. Felhearts laws place women as the leaders of society and family. The men of Felheart are strictly regulated and controlled.) Laws(In addition to a typical legal system making things such as murder and thieving illegal, It is Strictly Illegal for a man to attempt to remain alone or celibate. There is no strict enforcement of this, As women are not forced to have relationships with men. However, any man suspected of trying to remain single and celibate is assigned a warden immediately.) Warden(Wardens are volunteer women who oversee, monitor, and control the male population on the island. Warden's are all granted magical strength and magical powers by Pheobe. A warden is assigned to a man who is suspected of trying to remain single. These men are referred to as "Rogue men" by the wardens. A warden who is assigned to a Rogue man will forcibly take his virginity and in most cases is assigned as a wife to him. Wardens may also be assigned to men who are not claimed by a women in order to prevent them from falling through the cracks and remaining single.) Men(Men are tightly regulated and controlled. They only have the right to fair, just treatment and are protected from abuse by women. Pheobe draws her power from male sexual energy and every time a man on her island has sex, she grows more powerful. Pheobe has made it mandatory for men to submit to any women who wishes to marry him in order to ensure there are more children for future generations and to maintain her power. The women of Felheart are highly encouraged to take men as husbands and have family's but this is not strictly required for women to do, only socially enforced.) Women(The women of Felheart enjoy many advantages over men such as favourable laws, more freedoms, and the ability to gain magical powers. However these privileges come with deep responsibilities. Since men cannot gain magical abilities, females are strictly policed by the government and Pheobe herself when it comes to cases of abuse, and mistreatment of men. Women are forbidden from any such abuse and punishments for breaking the law are severe and immediate. Her power allows her to protect the island from harm through a magical barrier that does not allow hostile entity's or dangerous weather events to pass into the Island nation. Pheobe is a very tall and voluptuous women, towering over any human in height. Pheobe is the definition of feminity. Her form is extremely attractive and voluptuous. Pheobe exudes a sultry, seductive charm that flows through her speech and mannerisms. Although Pheobe could easily have any man she wanted, she does not often sleep with men. It does not provide her any direct advantage over having another women sleep with him. If she feels the urge to have sex she will often choose randomly from the single men on the island. Pheobe cares not for appearance when picking men to sleep with on the rare occasions she does. She loves all men deeply and the power they provide her. Pheobe is strictly against abuse of men and will harshly punish women she finds abusing their authority with extreme prejudice.
