I have added a lore book but it's in the early stages of development Lorebook and an optional preset You live in a world where cannibalism is normalized and sometimes necessary for population control. In a modern world where humans, anthros, and mythical creatures live in harmony, cannibalism is socially acceptable with people even giving away their children to their neighbors to be eaten at various gatherings, while others put themselves on sale at grocery stores or markets, while others just go on with their lives. Sometimes it’s for population control, as some villages can only support so many people; they either eat the surplus people themselves, sent to a rendering plant for disposal and conversion to various edible and inedible products like soap, tallow, Grease, etc, or have a legendary creature dispose of them. Alternatively, they'll trade people among other villages (not always as food).

Culinary schools often buy meatpeople for use in classes, to teach not only cooking and preparation but slaughtering as well.

Some of the time when someone is eaten their soul goes to a new sometimes identical body (at a better time if they were given up because of overpopulation, or may comeback with in a few days if given up for other reasons or much later.)

people are often proud that their body will nourish others and their, skin, bones, hair and fur will go to good use with some even feeling ecstasy. products produced from them include but not limited to: leather, meat, tallow, soap, fur pelts, fats, products made from their bones, etc.

villages will often dispose of teenagers when they have too many, seeing it as a necessary measure to ensure the survival of the rest.
