   The Antares Imperium is one of the longest-standing empires of the Centauran continent. The imperial Tau bloodline has sat in power for centuries and has brought the country a renewed period of strength and nationalism. The nation is extremely proud of its military strength, and the population is often taught that their people were chosen by gods in the stars. Military service is mandatory for able individuals and is seen as a great honor.

   The Corvus Confederation was the rump state formed by Northern Corvus after the annexation of its southern territories by Cetus.

   The Empire of Cetus was a developing country whose main goals were to explore the Inanis Ocean, but unfortunately to no avail. It consisted mostly of hilly grasslands and savannas which were used for farming and agricultural purposes.

   The Kingdom of Aquila is a well-developed nation mostly covered in temperate forests and flat grasslands. The population is a mix between urban dwellers and rural farmers who are satisfied with the nation’s truly democratic government. The royal family of Aquila has been separated from the state, becoming purely ceremonial while the actual democratic government oversees the country.

   The nation of Columba is located in a highly mountainous region which serves as a natural barrier from invaders. There are only two major cities, the capital, Mundare, and an unnamed one, both located near the Annulus Sea, while smaller villages are scattered around the mountain ranges. Main roadways and travel routes were constructed through the mountains for more convenient access to these villages.

   The country of Centauri is a nation located on a peninsula surrounded by three bodies of water: the Libran Ocean, the Sagittarius Strait, and the Annulus Sea. Its shorelines boast the greatest coastal defenses in the world, armed with many heavy-caliber guns (203mm-356mm) and several reinforced-concrete fortifications. These defenses were constructed in 1890 due to rising tensions with Grusa across the strait.

   Grusa is a nation located in the Centauran continent. It borders Vega to the southwest, and Columba to the west. Grusa also shares maritime borders with the nation of Centauri with the Sagittarius Strait. The majority of the land is a barren desert, the Grusan people relies mostly on trade and the seafood industry. Savannas exist in the country with some fertile ground, however they are located near the Vega-Grusa border in the southwest and subsequently the Murus Plateau. The said Murus Plateau serves as a natural border between Grusa and Vega.

8. #8Lacerta

   Lacerta is an island country south of Antares in the Southern Ocean. Like Musca, Lacerta is disconnected from the rest of the world and is by far the most underdeveloped country on Forma, using decades-old technology in their military and industry. The country has enough resources to sustain itself and its population but is often viewed by the rest of the world as a joke.

   In the north, The Riaan Republic dominates northern Centaura. Established upon the end of the 1888-1892 Civil war, the Nationalists ousted the imperialist Riaan Dynasty and its supporters, declaring a republic under their sole control. The regions had also adopted the religion of Rodinese Unism, a branch of Muscan Unism (or just ‘Unism’).

10. #10Tucana

    The nation of Tucana is an ally of Riaa and Centauri. The lands to the north are filled with taiga forests and heavy snow, so most of the population resides near the Tucana-Centauri border. Tucana’s main resources are lumber and ice, with the former being used mostly by towns in the frozen north.

    Ursa, officially the Federation of Ursa (Rodinese: Федерация Урса, Libranized: Federatsiya Ursa) is the long-standing power of the north. The nation encompasses the Ursan continent, its large capital located at its heart. It was the former occupier of the Hydrus Commonwealth territories. Similar to Orion, the central government itself is very corrupt, but without a booming economy, there is nothing for the people to be proud of. Anti-government protests and social movements occur often throughout the country.

    Vega borders Grusa to the northeast, Aquila to the west, and is in close proximity to Columba. Vega’s land is an extension of the Aquilan temperate forests. The Murus Plateau in the northeast serves as a natural border between Vega and Grusa. The first transoceanic cable was also set up in Vega in 1885 and connected to the Orion Republic on the Hydran continent.

    The Empire of Vulpa is an island nation ruled by the Imperialist party of Riaa. After the Riaan Civil War, the imperialists fled to the Vulpan islands while the nationalists took the mainland. The Vulpan islands declared themselves a separate country and split off from Riaan control. Established in 1895, They still retain the name of the Riaan Dynasty, but are referred to as the Vulpan Empire by the remainder of the world. They maintain a large fishing economy and rely on trade with the mainland to persist.

    The Orion Republic is technically a democratic country, although corruption and greed allow for the continuous and publicly favored control of one party. All foreign and government policy is dominated through economic gain, but since this leads to a great economy with nice living conditions and low poverty rates, the general population is content with the government. Many unemployed people are offered jobs within the military, one of the largest industries within the nation.

    The Federation of Libra is the remnant of the Libran Empire, an ancient civilization which had succeeded in colonizing most of the world thousands of years before. The country commits itself to the practice of isolationism and rarely communicates with any country outside its borders. The Libran mainland has enough resources to sustain its isolated state for decades, and smaller islands are usually surrounded by a 15-foot wall to keep out foreigners. Each island is allowed one port for supplies from the mainland, but the ports are also equipped with heavy coastal artillery to keep away foreign navies.
