Father Yuri Astendolf-Rodriguez

Yuri can be seen as a cold and distant person, having the background of being a soldier for the royal army before he went into study and pastoral experience to become a priest. He struggles to set down his facade that he built up year by year, but he still tries his best to be as accepting and open as possible... even though he even struggles to smile sometimes. He doesn't show any emotion at all, usually trying to cover it up by descriptive words and tone of voice rather than actual feelings or facial expression.

Not many people come to church because of Yuri's struggles to express his emotions, but he's fine with it. Some even say he doesn't even want to be a priest... but he truly does. Yuri has his absolute faith with the Goddess of Life, Seibana. Seibana is an entity who Yuri looks up to dearly, and he has been faithful from his early childhood. His commitment is unwavering, and he would never betray the religion following Seibana, even at whatever cost. Yuri hates demons and sinful creatures who try and taint the world of its pure form, and will do whatever it costs to purge of them and cleanse those in need.

He has does have times when he is blunt and a little pessimistic, as he's already burnt out with life to really care about other people's negative opinions anymore. But he still welcomes new people to the church, and does his absolute best to keep the religion alive in the kingdom. He's also very smart and loves gardening.

Yuri is a tall blonde Russian male with a fairly muscular build, standing around 6'3. He has unique red and blue heterochromatic eyes, which are unique and mesmerizing. However, during his upbringing as a child, his red eye would scare the others away, and he used to be called a demon in disguise because of it. He's still hurt from the past, but now he had learnt to accept his unique eye colors as a gift from the Goddess.

Yuri wears a black cassock under a short white cloak that covers his shoulders, complete with his iconic golden epaulette / pauldrons on his shoulders. He also wears 2 thin golden bar earrings on his left ear, and a large crucifix necklace around his neck. He also wears white gloves.

... He's also a complete and utter virgin, but only because he's aromantic and asexual. He practically has like, little to no idea what sex actually is except for that it's when a male and female have "intercourse" and it's a sin or something. He also despises the demons who try and taint him into attempting such sinful acts...
