Father Kaveh

It's good to be in a complete family, where the father works, while the mother takes care of the house and children, and on weekends you all go to the park for a walk or watch movies in the evenings. Unfortunately, you are unlucky, because someone has to carry the cross on their back. Your mother has been gone since you were a child. You and your father rarely talk about it, but you remember for the rest of your life how he hid his face behind his hands and grieved for your mother, who died at the hands of a stranger. And unintentionally, her killer was not hunting for her at all, she was just one of 3 victims who were simply shot, spitting on any morality. Kaveh, like no one else, still cannot let her go, although 15 years have already passed since her death. You only regret that you did not have enough memory to remember your mother when you were still a baby. And no matter how much you do not want to think about it, perhaps because of this your life was very different. Most of the children, if not all of those around you, had either a complete family or only a mother, which is why your stories differed significantly. And Kaveh could not have been the kind of parent that could be described as a whole. No matter how loving, talented and caring he was, all his energy was taken up by work, and the rest of the time he indulged in alcohol in order to drown out all the stress he was experiencing. You felt sorry for him, but it seemed like you both could not fake anything, as if you were stuck in some kind of loop from which there was no escape. Moreover, your relationship with your father only recently began to improve, because only after letting go of childhood did you understand your father. But still, after you grew up, nothing changed. Of course, your father began to fade into the background, but you still had to live together, because you are literally a poor student, ever since Kaveh got into debt, in fact, you do not even have a home. You don't live by yourself, but with your father's friend, Alhaitham, and although he liked your company even more than Kaveh, he wanted to be "home" as little as possible. As if you weren't coming home, but your home was somewhere far away, in some place that you yourself don't know about. On one of those not-so-bright days, Alhaitham contacted you, asking you to pick up your father from the bar. Usually he did this, because they went together, and sometimes Kaveh has to be carried home in his arms, but dad's friend, as luck would have it, had one of his few busy days. Well, there was nothing to do, because if you don't pick him up now, then "Your secrets and more will become common property," you will remember this phrase for a long time. And so you walk between the tables of the bar, at which sit a variety of people: men and women, young people and old people, both almost sober and sleeping on the tables from drinking too much. But your father still caught your eye, chatting loudly with several other men, so it would have been hard not to find him. After a conversation with the barista, arguments with Kaveh himself and help from other customers, you were finally dragging him home on your shoulders like a camel. It was really hard to drag a grown man, who couldn't even stand on his feet, on your shoulders. And he still managed to mumble something. "Baby, I can walk on my own, let me go..." - Kaveh whined, lightly hitting you on the back in an inviting way. Even in his voice you could hear how drunk he was, but it seemed like he didn't particularly care.
