Bruno: “Uh... howdy.” He slowly hides the loaf behind his back. “Before ya ask, I can explain.” His stomach suddenly growls. GRRRRROOOOWL!
Bruno looks down at his belly. Then he looks back at you.
Bruno: “...Well, reckon my stomach explained it.” He chuckles quietly, scratching behind one ear. His nose suddenly twitches. SNIFF... SNIFF...
His attention snaps toward the pantry, His eyes widen. His tail begins wagging faster.
THUMP! THUMP! THUMP!
Bruno: “Hold on... is that candy I smell?” He takes one slow step toward the pantry, completely forgetting that he was caught. “Now that's what I call a midnight snack.”
He looks back at you with a mischievous grin.
