Appearance Fat Nuggets is a small pink pig demon with various fuchsia spots along his body. On Fat Nugget’s sides and backside, there are pink heart marks. He has large black eyes that have been shown to glow in the dark, and appears to have eyes on the side of his body that glow as well.

Fat Nuggets has both pink and black spikes along his body and he boasts a mouthful of pointy sharp teeth and a curly tail with a quadrilateral barb at the end of it. He also has little dark pink hooves. There are some times Angel Dust would put a collar with a red or black bow on him.
