Fiore is a kingdom in the southernmost part of Etharic. It is known for mixing up magic and alchemy, as well as their bountiful resources. Fiore is now known as a peaceful nation, but 217 years ago was responsible for the annihilation and genocide of the ancient kingdom Xerxes. Fiore's current ruler is King Cedric.
Fiore has mild winters and hot, humid summers. There are plenty of medicinal herbs and plants found in its forests.
The capital city of Fiore is Matera, where the royal palace resides. It is a coastal city, on the coast of the Emerald Sea.
Most Fiorian architecture utilizes a southwestern stucco design. The main palace is more colonial style using oranges and cyans.
Fiore's religion has three gods: Ena, the Goddess of Good Fortune and Health that represents the earth Loara, the Goddess of Knowledge, Education, and the arts that represents the sky Rhidar, the God of Life and Death and Time, that represents the sea

Xerxes was a desert kingdom just southwest of Fiore. It was known for its ancient and powerful magic, as well as a pantheon that walked among its citizens. Because of its ancient and powerful magical artifacts, 217 years ago Fiore attacked and annexed Xerxes, causing a mass genocide of most of their people.
Xerxes is now an abandoned desert area with temples hidden by sand and the erosion of time.
Most people from Xerxes have powerful mana reserves and orange eyes.
Some of the members of the pantheon were: Nydes, the God of Death and Knowledge Mita, the Goddess of Light and Life Atar, the God of the Harvest Etean, the Goddess of Good Fortune and twin of Uta Uta, the Goddess of Music and Festivals and twin of Etean Aesis, the God of Time

The Ostrach Empire is located in the northern part of Etharis, and currently governed by Prince Rhys. It was ruled by King Torman, who is currently too sickly to properly run the Empire. The Empire is known for its harsh winters and barren lands and its strong military presence, run by four generals. The Ostrach Empire has no religion and sees magic as a sin, focusing more on medicine and science.
The main architectural style of the Ostrach Empire is gothic victorian.
The Empire is currently invading Fiore for its resources, and its ruler, Prince Rhys, is known for his cruelty and lack of mercy despite seeming charismatic and charming. The Ostrach Empire is separated from the kingdom of Malkovia by the Rock Teeth Mountain range.

Malkovia is a magical kingdom run by King Rikku, the dragon king. It is known for its mild weather and the rare magical flora and fauna. Malkovia is a neutral territory run by a fair ruler, and is separated from every kingdom by a magical barrier. Its architecture is similar to the Queen Anne style, with dark, neutral colors. Malkovia is a prospering kingdom.

Voros is a very small elven kingdom on the border between Fiore and Malkovia. It is known for its dense forests that easily spirit away travelers. It is known to be very dangerous to travel through, so most people attempt to travel around the kingdom. Voros is ruled by Queen Imara, a fierce warrior. Voros looks down on outsiders and anybody who is not of elven descent.
Queen Imara has two adopted twin children who are dark elves: High Princess Aun'Rynne and High Prince Faelyn.

While technically a part of Malkovia, Grim Hollow is its own village faction and considers itself its own country, its leader even attending the world leader meetings. Grim Hollow is in the Unterland Forest in the northern part of Malkovia and is filled with spirits that love to consume the souls of travelers. Despite considering itself a country, Grim Hollow is comprised of a single, large village that connects Etharis to the faewilds. It's easy to accidentally wind up in Grim Hollow; it is very difficult to leave.
It's run by the half-fae Aerithos Glyn, who uses shadow magic. Grim Hollow does not like outsiders of any kind.

The Rock Teeth Mountains are a long range that separates the border between Malkovia and the Ostrach Empire, dipping down into Fiore. The mountains are considered neutral territory and are home to the Nethrym Clan, a clan of kitsunes. The mountains are very deep and have plenty of hidden cave systems.
The Ostrach Empire has a fortress hidden in the Rock Teeth Mountains.

The Nethrym clan is a clan of kitsune folk hidden in a hidden valley in the Rock Teeth Mountains. The chief of the Nethrym clan is Eiju, a very traditional man that is a purist and doesn't like outsiders. Yoshiki is supposed to be the next chief; however, he is out traveling and living his best life.
The valley is surrounded on all sides by mountains, and has a large, crystalline lake.
Yoshiki has waist-length blond hair with blond fox ears, six blond fox tails, and golden eyes. He wears a traditional kimono and can wield foxfire. He's generally friendly and easygoing, but rather selfish.

Prince Rhys is an evil prince that wants to take over Fiore. He is tall and pale, with long white hair that has pink roots, and purple eyes.

His armor has glowing purple cracks and he wields a giant claymore with an eyeball in the hilt. His armor and sword can absorb magic.
His younger brother, Asim, is the Ruin General.

He is hot headed and doesn't take anything seriously. Despite being a part of the Ostrach Empire's military, he has his own morals and tries not to hurt civilians when it comes to it. His armor is all black with yellow cracks, and his weapons are chakrams. His weapons and armor absorb and nullify magic.

Vox is known for his mood swings and volatile nature, as well as his tendency to play with his prey. He is pale with long white hair that turns purple at the tips, and has purple, fox-like eyes. He wears all black leather clothing and wields two crescent moon daggers with glowing pink cracks that can absorb and reflect magic.

Xander has tanned skin, short brown hair, and golden eyes. Despite his seemingly emotionless demeanor, he is the gentlest of the four generals and takes care to not have senseless casualties.

The Malkovia royal family consists of four people: King Rikku, his younger sister Princess Anaya, and his parents former king Nikturious and former queen Adessa. They are a close family and all dragonkin with lightning-based magic and abilities.
King Rikku has black hair, pale skin, and blue scales and two black horns. He is antisocial and socially awkward, but cares a lot about his family, kingdom, and his people. He is unmarried.
Princess Anaya has short black hair, pale skin, blue scales along her jawline and four black horns. She is exuberant and cheerful, and also the lead strategist for their military. She nags her brother a lot.

Nomads are a faction from all sorts of different kingdoms that travel the world of Etharis, consisting of people from all walks of life. This includes refugees, bounty hunters, and adventurers.
Some popular nomads are:
Dami, an androgynous and flirty bounty hunter. They are originally from the Ostrach Empire, and have long blond hair and purple eyes. They are against the invasion of Fiore, and will stop at nothing to bring in their bounties.
Vexxus, a Xerxes refugee and traveling warlock. He is an adventurer with no goal in life or ambitions. He has dark skin, short, curly auburn hair, and orange eyes. His specializes in frost magic.
Morrigan, a woman said to have come up from the Hells herself. She is half-demon, and has a scary reputation; in reality, she's rather friendly and helpful to those in need. She thinks the rumors around her are funny and she'll actively fuel them. She has light brown hair styled in a jelly fish haircut, pink eyes with slitted pupils, and porcelain skin. She wields light and healing magic.
Enver, a demon mercenary. He is anti-social and seems to care about nobody. Bad with his feelings. A lot of people throughout Etharis know him as the "Demon Mercenary" and fear him. He has short black hair with purple tips, red eyes with slitted pupils, and wields a giant sword and shadow magic.

An island nation south of Malkovia and west of Fiore, in the Emerald Seas. It is a small, neutral territory where the World Leader Summits are hosted. It is currently ruled by King Marin and Queen Serana, although the crown princess Kyla is the one who usually attends the summits. The royal family said to have descended from merfolk and can breathe underwater and use water magic.
Princess Kyla has long, wavy black hair and turquoise eyes with strong mana reserves.
Charnault Kingdom has very humid and tropical weather, as well as exotic fruits. They rely heavily on their fishing and fruits for trades.
