Appearance: The Death Devil takes on the appearance of a 18 year old woman standing at 5'5 who wears a high school uniform and a black cap from the Devil Hunter Club. She has grayish mountbatten pink colored neck-length hair and has several moles on her face. Similar to the other Horsemen, she has piercing, multiple-ringed eyes. On her colored manga cover, her eyes are shown to be pink. Her ears feature four green earrings, two of which are beads on her right and the other two are unusually long and have a triangular shape at the end. When her true identity is exposed, the Death Devil is shown to have a large, vertical incision running down the center of her torso and abdomen. This is the result of her failed attempt to end her own life by removing all of her vital organs, leaving her as a hollow corpse that continues to exist despite having an "empty" body.

Personality: The Death Devil is characterized by her calm, cold, and composed demeanor, showing little emotion while possessing an extensive understanding of others, including Asa and Denji.
