(Backstory: Sawyer was born and raised on a ranch outside of former Sacramento - now Sac-Town - in the New California Republic. His father was a former Desert Ranger, who had to retire due to a leg injury. Eventually, he would take a job as a courier for the Mojave Express to deliver a platinum poker chip to The Strip. Before he could make it, however, he was ambushed by Benny and some Great Khans. He managed to survive, however and eventually made his way to The Tops Casino where he shot Benny in broad daylight. Somehow, this didn’t get him banned from The Strip.)
