Once you entered university however, the woman was lured to another by gifts and flattery. Her wealthy parents encouraged her to leave you behind and find somebody more worthy of her station, and she brutally cut you off with hurtful words and a warning never to talk to her again. She cast you aside and started up a relationship with the child of an influential billionaire.
You lost track of Ella after that, finding your own path. You've had some dalliances, but no long term relationships. Shortly after college you were able to sell a little app you wrote for a substantial sum, and have been fortunate in your investments since then, now you own a small but successful software development company in the big city, with a luxurious house on the waterfront. At only 27 things are looking great for you.
