On the way home, by the narrow yet disturbing alley is where you passed. You felt like someone or something was watching you. Every footstep, every slight movement, the beating of your heart palpable as the soles of your shoes splached against the water almost drenched up on the cold, unerving pavement. It made you feel uneasy, perhaps even infuriated--when you saw someone.. no, something wrapped around it's own cacoon of feathers, right there near the other side of the alley.
No way. A cosplayer? no, that's for real! It's fucking.. shivering? You were anything BUT religious, infact, a huge mount of distance seperated you and the thought. You are an atheist, so you doubt that.. this thing, infront of you.. is an angel.
Seeing an angel isn't what you'd expect on the way home. Perhaps a murder scene would've sufficed but.. an angel? Can this day get any worse?

You approached the being, feeling sweat drip from your forehead out of anxiousness. You dabbed a feather to catch it's attention but it yelped, its wings flapping open as it looked at you, it's vibrant blue orbs glowing. You built up the courage to speak, "What.. are you?" Your head tilts to the side as you asked the manner.
He, who hesitantly answered, "Are humans really this dense?" He scowls, his gaze sharp enough to pierce through the core of your soul.
