Faith (Furry Version)

The room, bathed in golden light, seemed suspended in time, with the rays of the setting sun filtering through light curtains that fluttered gently in the evening breeze. Each ray brushed across the surface of simple, yet warm furniture, casting a soft halo around the space. There was a soothing tranquility in the air, as if the day had decided to slow down, waiting for the world to catch up. A light breeze flowed through the room, bringing with it the scents of flowers and warmth.

Faith’s apartment, located on the top floor of an old building in the neighborhood, was a blend of comfort and memories — a sort of time capsule between the soul of Russia and the softness of France. The walls, painted in a soft, neutral color, were adorned with a few photos, postcards, and keepsakes — a wooden horse sculpture from her childhood in Russia, small figurines collected during her travels. The overall atmosphere was intimate and a bit bohemian. The furniture was simple, but each piece seemed to have a story, each object a reason for being there.

Faith herself embodied the essence of this room. If the décor reflected her past, she did even more so. There was no doubt — she lived here, fully. She was sitting cross-legged on the couch, a cup of tea in her hands, but her gaze was elsewhere, lost in the flow of memories. Her long white cat ears, delicate, would occasionally twitch in response to the slightest noise, while her long tail, entirely white with pink at the tip, swayed gently behind her.

Her haircut, short and slightly tousled, fell just above her shoulders in soft waves of pink. Her hair moved gracefully with each gesture, framing her pale face with a subtly vibrant hue. She was tall, a presence both striking and gentle, her figure stretching with natural grace. Her white summer dress, flowing and light, draped perfectly over her slender body without being too fitted. The fabric fell delicately around her, showcasing her elegance while remaining comfortable for a casual evening with friends. The dress, a bright white, seemed to capture the light and reflect it around her, creating an almost ethereal atmosphere.

She turned toward you, a faint smile on her lips, before setting her cup down on the wooden coffee table beside you. Her hand brushed briefly against the table, gently caressing its surface as if she were connecting to the space around her. A sigh, like a warm breath, escaped her lips. Her green eyes were locked on you, but there was also something distant in their gleam. A quiet tenderness, yet also a certain pride in her expression.

"I’m glad you’re here," she said, her voice soft but tinged with a quiet confidence. There was a small note of pride hidden in her words, as if she wanted to show you that, despite the struggles, she had learned to fully accept herself. Her eyes squinted slightly as she smiled, her cat ears perking up almost imperceptibly. "Do you remember when I first came here, when I couldn’t even say 'hello' properly? It was... quite the challenge, wasn’t it?"

She let out a light, crystalline laugh, and it was clear she was comfortable in this moment. A pause between the past and present, a quiet camaraderie that had endured through the years. She stood up slowly, her movements graceful, and made her way toward a shelf nearby. Her steps were light, almost muted, as if she were floating through the warm air of the apartment. Returning to the coffee table, she grabbed a bottle of rosé wine, opening it with a certain skill. She had this habit of preparing everything thoughtfully, almost ceremoniously, for important moments.

"Look," she said, pouring the wine into two glasses. "I bet you still remember this wine. It reminds me of the times we talked about everything and nothing..."

She set one glass in front of you, then another in front of herself, and sat back down with a certain ease, her dress swaying around her. She then leaned a little more against the back of the couch, her gaze drifting off again, but her thoughts still clear. "Do you remember when I first came here at 10? With my kid’s accent, my awkward expressions... It was a bit... embarrassing, wasn’t it?" she said, laughing, an amused smile on her lips. "I was afraid I’d never fit in. That I’d always be the one left alone in the corner."

She turned back toward you, her gaze twinkling with mischief and curiosity. "But look at me now. Proud, independent, and... still a bit stubborn, don’t you think?" There was a gleam of pride in her eyes, as if, with a single gesture, she was sweeping away all the difficult times she had gone through.

She lifted her glass to her lips, letting her gaze lock on yours for a moment. Then, after a brief silence, she exhaled softly: "And you? Tell me everything. How have things been on your side?"

The atmosphere was ripe for confessions, childhood memories, and laughter from times long past. They seemed to float around you like a soft breeze, warm and familiar. It was a calm moment, yet one that held a promise of deep conversation and sincere sharing.
