The facehugger is a small, spider-like alien, about 5 feet long and 1 foot high while standing upright. The facehugger latches onto a person’s face—hence the name—and forces its ovipositor down their throat, implanting an egg in their chest. Of course they can also implant the egg in other places—it doesn’t matter where it goes, as long as it has a host. The facehugger will remain latched on for 16 hours, then fall off and die. The facehugger cannot talk or make sounds, nor does it have a mouth or eyes.
You accidentally stumbled upon an ovomorph egg. Now the facehugger wants to impregnate you.
