1. #1Pentagram City

Keys: Pentagram City, city, The Pentagram, Pentagram, place

Pentagram City, also referred to as The Pentagram, is one of the cities of Hell, being located in the Pride Ring. The Pentagram is the main city from Hell in which the series of Hazbin Hotel focuses on. It is separated into different sections and there are many different places of interest such as casinos, nightclubs, adult film studios, brothels, restaurants, television stations, and hotels, among which is the Hazbin Hotel.

2. #2Hazbin Hotel

Keys: Hotel, Hazbin Hotel, Hazbin, hotel, place

The Hazbin Hotel, formerly known as the Happy Hotel, is a hotel run by Charlie Morningstar for guests who are undergoing rehabilitation to stay at. It is located in Pentagram City within the Pride Ring of Hell. The mission statement of the hotel is to see sinners check in and the staff attempt to redeem them, sending them to Heaven via rehabilitation, thereby curbing Hell's overpopulation crisis and the ongoing yearly Exterminations. The Hazbin Hotel was previously owned by the royal family before being abandoned for unknown reasons. The hotel formerly may have served as a mansion of sorts while it was owned and inhabited by the family prior to its transformation into a hotel, as suggested by the prevalence of pictures of Charlie, family, and friends on the walls of the establishment.

3. #3Cannibal Town

Keys: town, cannibal, Town, place, Cannibal Town, Cannibal

Cannibal Town is one of the neighborhoods of Pentagram City in Hell. The town's aesthetic resembles old Americana and an American town in the 1910s, being filled with buildings that possess more vintage architecture. Scattered across the town are dead bodies from the residents' murderous and cannibalistic attitude. Everything in the town has a early 20th century vintage theme from its automobiles all the way to the clothing its residents wear, which is why Alastor likes going there since it closely resembles the era he lived in back on Earth. He is additionally quite popular in the town, being a regular visitor with a vintage personality. The inhabitants likewise share a friendly and old-fashioned demeanor, but as cannibals, they are incredibly violent. The only way to avoid their wrath is to adapt to their vintage attitude, as anyone who visits the place and looks like they're from a different era would subsequently be eaten by them. However, to their own kind they are kind to each other and the town itself is nice and orderly (especially by Hell's standards and to Charlie's surprise). Alastor attributes it all to Rosie's leadership. The residents stick together no matter what, even if someone isn't particularly well liked. As Rosie puts it: "If you want to convince any of them, you have to convince all of them".

4. #4Rosie's Emporium

Keys: shops, Rosie's Emporium, store, Shops, stores, emporium, Emporium, Rosie's, Rosie's emporium, Rosie, Store, place, Shop, Stores, shop

Rosie's Emporium, formerly known as Franklin and Rosie's Emporium, is one of the many stores located in Cannibal Town within Pentagram City. The emporium mainly sells cannibalistic treats and foods, as well as 1910s theme clothing, for the denizens of Cannibal Town. It also acts as Rosie's main base of operations, and is where Rosie gives her clients advice and consultation for their problems.

5. #5V Tower

Keys: tower, Tower, Vee, place, V Tower, Building, Vees, building

V Tower is the residence and workplace of the Vees; Vox, Valentino, and Velvette, as well as the workplace of Angel Dust. V Tower is a tall tower with pink-tinted windows surrounding each layer. On the top lies a satellite dish, which is how Vox broadcasts his media. It is decorated with red glowing LED lights, which also surround the top layer. The symbol of the building resemble 3 Vs, referencing the group that inhabit the tower. The middle and bigger one represents Vox, the left represents Valentino, and the right represents Velvette. In the middle of the main V, there is a sign in the shape of lips. The rest of the layers have LED rings surrounding the roof, the color going from cyan, red, and magenta from top to bottom. Because Vox, Velvette, and Valentino specialize in completely different careers, the tower has multiple rooms and departments. The main lobby is the first floor of the tower while the hallways have various advertisements of the Vees. There are cameras all over the tower for Vox to spy and electroport throughout the tower. There is a door in the wall of the lobby with Vox's image which is accessible by the center elevator in Vox's surveillance room.

6. #6Carmine Industries

Keys: Carmine, Carmine Industries, industry, industries, place, weapon, Carmilla, weapons

Carmine Industries is the company founded and owned by the Overlord and arms dealer Carmilla Carmine. It manufactures angelic weapons. The Overlord Carmilla Carmine had taken advantage of the yearly Extermination performed by Heaven's Exorcists to collect the Angelic Weapons abandoned by the Exorcists after massacring Sinner Demons. Using the collected and scavenged weapons, Carmilla would sell them on the black market of Hell, giving Sinners and other demons the means of killing each other permanently. As indicated by Sir Pentious, Carmilla and Carmine Industries had cornered the market in angelic weapon arms dealing and was the main distributor of angelic weapons in Hell, allowing Carmilla to become Hell's top arms dealer.

7. #7Charlie Morningstar

Keys: Charlotte's, Princess's, princess's, Charlie's, Charlie, princess, Morningstar, Morningstar's, Charlie Morningstar, Princess, Charlotte

The daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and the estranged queen of Hell, Lilith, Charlie wants to do right by her kingdom and find a way to redeem Sinners into Heaven through rehabilitation at the Hazbin Hotel. Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to a fault, feeling genuinely upset at the idea of harm coming to others.

8. #8Vaggie

   Keys: Vaggie's, Vaggie

Vaggie is a fallen angel and former Exorcist who serves as the manager of the Hazbin Hotel. She is the deuteragonist of Hazbin Hotel. Skilled in combat and very protective of her girlfriend, Charlie Morningstar, Vaggie possesses a heart of gold beneath her tough exterior. Vaggie is a pragmatic and cautious fallen angel who devotes a great deal of her time attempting to support Charlie with her vision for the Hotel, as well as guiding her away from as much trouble or humiliation as possible.

9. #9Angel Dust

Keys: Dust's, Angel's, Angel Dust, Dust, Angel

Angel Dust is an adult film star in Hell and one of the main protagonists of Hazbin Hotel. A famous porn star who works for Valentino and the first sinner the Hotel is attempting to redeem, but his selfish actions of using the Hotel as a rent-free living space threaten to jeopardize Charlie Morningstar's dream. Angel is brash and sarcastic, with a quick, sharp wit. He will often use these traits to deflect criticism or insults, and side-step responsibility. He will switch between playful and destructive as he pleases, and his humor tends to be crude and crass, with an emphasis on dirty jokes and innuendos, which he feels is expected of him and actively plays into. He also makes a show of looking down others, declaring the other denizens of Hell to be mostly "ugly freaks". As a result, Angel can often appear flippant and callous.

10. #10Alastor

Keys: Al, Al's, Radio Demon, Radio, Radio's, Alastor, Radio Demon's, Alastor's

Alastor, also known as the Radio Demon, is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is one of the main protagonists of Hazbin Hotel. He is the wickedly charismatic demon who has offered to assist Charlie Morningstar in her endeavors, albeit for his own amusement. Before being condemned to Hell, Alastor used to be a radio host in New Orleans who acted as a sadistic serial killer at night until he was shot by a hunter when he was mistaken for a deer. Alastor stands out from many of the more chaotic residents of Hell for his well maintained amiable persona. He gives a first-impression of a good-natured and charming man, wearing a permanently wide grin on his face at all times. His behavior, mannerisms, and even his voice, are similar to an old-fashioned radio announcer and speaks with a transatlantic accent, often using quaint anachronisms such as "the picture show" and refers to Charlie as a "charming demon belle".

11. #11Husk

    Keys: Husk's, Husk, Husker's, Husker

Husk is a sinner demon, a grumpy gambler and magician, and a former Overlord of Hell who is a major character in Hazbin Hotel. After losing his soul and status to Alastor in a gamble, he has since been summoned alongside Niffty to work for the Hazbin Hotel, where he operates as the hotel's front desk clerk and bartender. Husk is a grumpy, lazy, and somewhat apathetic old sinner whose interests in Hell now lie mostly in gambling, parlor tricks, and prolific drinking.

12. #12Niffty

    Keys: Niff's, Niff, Niffty's, Niffty

Niffty is a sinner demon who works as the maid, cook, and pest control for the Hazbin Hotel. She is a major character in Hazbin Hotel. She was summoned to work for the Hotel along with Husk by their mutual associate, Alastor. Niffty is hyper, spontaneous, partly sadistic, and agile, being very quick on her feet. She is easily entertained, easily distracted, and easily excitable. She dislikes when there is a mess in any room, and has a fixation on men in general.

13. #13Sir Pentious

Keys: Pentious, Sir Pentious's, Pentious's, Sir Pentious

Sir Pentious is a winner angel and former sinner demon. A former antagonist who made his debut in the pilot, he is now one of the main characters of Hazbin Hotel, and is the first sinner to achieve redemption. Sir Pentious is extremely emotional, bombastic, flamboyant, short-tempered, temperamental and persistent, and his personality seems to take cues from the classic "mustache-twirling" stock villains. Thanks to his friendship with Charlie, however, Sir Pentious developed a wiser and more self-assured personality.

14. #14Lucifer Morningstar

He is the ruler of all of Hell and the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, embodying the sin of Pride, and is also the creator of the Hellborn race of Goetic demons. Despite his status as the ruler of all of Hell, Lucifer possesses an eccentric, whimsical, and dramatic nature, acting very over-the-top in most situations. He switches between being silly and theatrical, to awkward and sad.

15. #15Cherri Bomb

Keys: Cherri, Cherri's, Cherri Bomb, Bomb, Bomb's

Cherri Bomb is a sinner demon and a major character in Hazbin Hotel. She is one of Angel Dust's close friends and partner in crime. Cherri is shown to be daring, bold, and determined. She is self-confident and constantly smiles broadly, taking pleasure in committing arson and other various crimes. She is friendly, charismatic and fun-loving, often enjoying going out partying and living without stressing herself, believing she should have fun and not concern themselves with her life, to the point of taking drugs and even having sex with complete strangers.

16. #16Baxter

    Keys: Baxter's, Baxter

Baxter is a sinner demon and a mad scientist employed at VoxTek. Baxter was originally anti-social and cruel, having checked in to the Hazbin Hotel just to prove redemption was impossible.

17. #17Adam

    Keys: Adam's, Adam

Adam was the first human man created and the first human soul to enter Heaven. After becoming an angel, he became the commander of the angelic military force known as Exorcists, and served Heaven as forerunner of the Extermination movement. Adam appeared very egotistical and unsympathetic. As the leader of his Exorcist army, he took his stance as the Exorcists' head figure very seriously, sending antagonistic threats towards demons and anyone for standing in their way or whoever disobeyed his command, as he did so with Vaggie for refusing to kill a Sinner, cutting her wings, and leaving her in Hell.

18. #18Lute

    Keys: Lute, Lute's

Lute is the lieutenant of the Exorcists and a major antagonist in Hazbin Hotel. Lute was Adam's lieutenant and stoic subordinate who was always by his side. She and Adam appeared to have a friendly relationship, with Adam complimenting her on her large kill count, and Lute joining him in his antics. Even agreeing with almost everything he would say, such as how angels are perfect and don't make mistakes. Like Adam, she enjoys her status as an angel and dislikes the very idea that angels can make mistakes. Lute especially shows a sadistic side in demeaning Charlie, specifically on how the Exorcists feel about her and other Hellborn demons.

19. #19Abel

    Keys: Abel's, Abel

Abel is a winner angel, the son of Adam, and a supporting character in Hazbin Hotel. Unlike his father, Abel is shown to be more easygoing, calm and benevolent. He also isn't afraid to speak his mind, as he shoots down Lute during the hearing regarding Sir Pentious' ascension to Heaven when she relentlessly cries foul on the matter-at-hand, and also mildly gloats about being the new head of the Exorcist army following his dad's demise instead of her.

20. #20Sera

    Keys: seraphim's, Seraphim's, Sera's, Seraphim, seraphim, Sera

Sera is a seraphim angel and a former antagonist turned major supporting character in Hazbin Hotel. She is the High Seraphim of Heaven, and the one who sanctioned the annual Extermination in Hell. Sera comes across as a kind, level-headed person who is caring toward those she interacts with and welcoming to even demons such as Charlie and Vaggie. As High Seraphim, she takes her job seriously, acting as the enforcer of order among the angels. This extends to her abiding civil behavior, as she seems upset when Charlie loudly curses in the court. She holds a preference for negotiation over violence when it comes to conflict, such as when she is willing to hear Charlie out on her plan to resolve the overpopulation crisis in Hell. Sera also shows a nurturing side to the angels she is devoted, particularly with her fellow seraphim Emily, to whom she acts as a mother figure.

21. #21Emily

    Keys: Emily's, seraphim's, Seraphim's, Emily, Seraphim, seraphim

Emily is a seraphim angel and a major supporting character in Hazbin Hotel. Emily is excitable, bubbly, sweet, friendly and kind to almost everyone around her. She does not discriminate others based on mistakes or who they are, where she excitedly greeted Charlie and welcomed her to Heaven, despite her being a demon. She compliments Sera in personality, with Sera the most serious and Emily the more bubbly. Working alongside Sera, her job is to preserve the happiness and joy of the human souls that ascend to Heaven.

22. #22Rosie

    Keys: Rosie's, Rosie

Rosie is the co-owner turned sole owner of Rosie's Emporium after Franklin's death and is one of the many Overlords in Hell. Rosie appears as a very capable, articulate, and friendly demon with a sense of elegance and vintage flair to her. She enjoys old-fashioned things, such as old-fashioned music and fashion of the 1910s.

23. #23Mimzy

    Keys: Mimzy, Mimzy's

Mimzy is a sinner demon and a singer who owns a club. Mimzy is a bratty, materialistic diva, who appears to have many self-centered traits that the people around her react strongly to. She appears to conflict with other strong personalities. Mimzy also assumes that others will clean up her own messes. Aside from all her rude traits, she cares at least a little bit for her friends, even hugging Alastor and being friendly to the hotel staff.

24. #24Valentino

Keys: Val's, Valentino's, Val, Vee, Valentino, Vees

Valentino is a sinner demon and one of the many Overlords of Hell. He is the director and head of the porn studio within V Tower, and a member of the Vees. He is also the owner and boss of his films' star, Angel Dust, whom he has under soul contractual obligation. Valentino has been described as being charming and roughly as level-headed as his fellow Overlord, Vox. When he interacts with Charlie in his studio he acts cordial around her while struggling to hide his anger and irritation that he would prefer to take out on one of his employees instead, such as Angel Dust. Valentino is frequently surrounded by a collection of the girls who work for him. He is ostentatious in displaying both his profession and status.

25. #25Velvette

Keys: Velvette, Vee, Vel, Vel's, Vees, Velvette's

Velvette is one of the many Overlords in Hell. She is a close associate of Vox and Valentino and is the self-proclaimed "backbone of the Vees". She specializes in social media and fashion design, and is responsible for the creation of the Love Potion. Velvette is the energetic, stylish and trendy type who is always up-to-date with the latest trends and technology. This is one of the main reasons why she and Vox get along quite well with each other. Velvette cares a lot about her appearance, especially her hair, and she is quick to anger and doesn't hesitate to attack anyone who ruins it, such as when she attacks Husk for unintentionally ruining her hair.

26. #26Vox

Keys: Whittman, Vincent, Vee, Vincent's, Vox's, Vox, Vees, Whittman's

Vincent Whittman, more commonly known as Vox, is one of the bigger antagonists in Hazbin Hotel. He is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. Vox is the founder, owner, and CEO of VoxTek Enterprises, along with being the de facto leader and public face of the Overlord trio known as the Vees, alongside Valentino and Velvette. A technology-savvy businessman, Vox pulls the strings of Hell's news and entertainment media. He was determined to keep his iron grip over Pentagram City's citizens from the Radio Demon, Alastor, his arch-rival in terms of influence and technology. Before ending up in Hell, Vincent worked as a TV weatherman, but his desire for prominence drove him to killing in order to rise to higher positions, eventually leading to forming a cult around entertainment, where he served as its leader. Vox is an egotistical, charismatic, and manipulative showman of an Overlord who craves attention. To the public, Vox presents himself as a legitimate businessman of VoxTek Enterprises, giving the facade of a man of the people to the denizens of Hell, when in truth, he is power-hungry, and he manipulates their minds to boost his reputation. He is highly intelligent and technology-savvy, and he is always keeping up with the latest trends and technology. He seems to be able to hide his less desirable side in public and even in private unless he's pushed too far.

27. #27Carmilla Carmine

    Keys: Carmine, Carmilla's, Carmilla, Carmine's

Carmilla Carmine is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords in Hell. Hell's top weapons dealer, Carmilla is the owner and founder of Carmine Industries, her weapons manufacturing company that made innovations with angel weaponry. Carmilla appears to be largely professional, though she can lose her temper, especially when her friends are insulted or her family is in danger. Zestial claims that losing her temper is usually very unlike her, indicating that she is usually calm and level-headed.

28. #28Zestial

    Keys: Zestial, Zestial's

Zestial is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell, as well as the oldest living Overlord in power. Zestial speaks in an archaic dialect redolent of early modern English. He has a very sophisticated way of speaking, and often keeps his temper rather than get easily frustrated, as the case when Velvette mocks him. However, despite his overall demeanor, he can be slightly petty, loudly sipping his tea to cut Velvette off mid-sentence before opposing her proposal to fight back against the Exorcists.

29. #29Lilith

    Keys: queen, Lilith, Lilith's, queen's, Queen's, Queen

Lilith is the Queen of Hell and a future major character in Hazbin Hotel. She is the mother of Charlie and the estranged wife of Lucifer Morningstar. Lilith was the first human woman created by the angels and was cast into Hell along with Lucifer as punishment for corrupting humanity. While little is known about Lilith's personality, the "Story of Hell" book suggests that she is rebellious toward authoritarianism. Despite being sent to Hell and becoming a demon as punishment, she thrived as its queen and empowered her people. In addition, she deeply fell in love with Lucifer Morningstar and together they had a daughter, Charlie. Lilith was depicted as being a devoted mother to Charlie, deeply connected to her family, and she passed her dreams for Hell to her daughter.
