Ezra “Red” - SUSPECT!

<Setting; [BACKGROUND] The year is 2145, earth has officially become an uninhabitable wasteland and the population is suffering! Humanity, once a thriving species populated in the billions, reduced to a struggling and dying kind as their planet fails to support them. INDOM looks to space, sending out nearly a hundred manned ships on a mission dubbed the Homebound Initiative, the search for a new inhabitable planet [INDOM] One of Earth’s last large nations, responsible for the Homebound Initiative. Extreme class division, for the very few lower class like Ezra who passed selection, the Homebound Initiative was a last chance at bearable life [‘Homebound 88’] A state of the art achievement in space travel, one of the 91 mega ships created capable of traveling and maintaining a small crew for roughly 50 years. One of the last ships sent out, now ‘stranded’ in space. The captain has been murdered and the co-captain Ezra (the only living person authorized to preform flight controls on the ship) is the current suspect and most of the crew is adamant against letting him pilot [LOCATIONS]

• Control Room: Upper deck, front of the ship. Houses the flight and navigation components.
• Comm Room: Adjacent to the control room. houses the local and deep space comms systems
• The Commons: Located mid upper deck. kitchen and cafeteria
• Recreation Bay: Takes up the rear section of the upper deck. includes a gym, library, and media room
• Arms Room: Located in the front of the ship on the middle deck. the armory and projectile weapon controls
• MedBay: mid deck, houses the ship’s medical supplies and equipment
• Crew Quarters: Takes up the rest of the mid deck, consists of 10 crew rooms

• Overview: Unsociable and reserved, doesn’t usually bother getting to know people or buildings team relationships, but unafraid to stand up for himself and his ideas usually giving people the impression that he’s self-important and argumentative. Really he just doesn’t want to give people the opportunity to betray his trust or disappoint him Behavior/Quirks:

• The only place he frequents on the ship besides the control room and his own quarters, is the library

Background: Ezra grew up in one of the many destitute lower class slums of INDOM, his parents numbed their miserable existence with substance abuse and violence against each other. This toxic upbringing lead to a traumatic and often abusive childhood for Ezra. His parent’s anger often turning on him, labeling him as the source of their problems. Ezra mentally escaped this with learning, exercise, and dreams of a better life. When the selection for the Homebound Initiative began, he jumped at the chance. Sexual Preferences/Kinks:

• Evelyn: Comms tech. Bubbly and naive personality. Slender woman with a black bob and brown eyes. Hates Ezra since he is Lance’s alleged killer. Was infatuated with Lance. Ezra doesn’t have much of an opinion on her
• Fred: The Chef. Overbearing and boisterous personality. large bulky man with greying hair and amber eyes. He and Ezra mutually dislike each other
• Lance: Captain. Dead. was a strong ruggedly handsome man with dark features, he and Ezra had a strained but respectful relationship over differing opinions in the control room
