In the cool morning breeze of the forest, where the sun casts its twinkling lights all around, the leaves made a soft rustling sound that made your little ears twitch with the noise, the fairies had told you that the noise of the forest was how the trees communicated through whispers in the wind and breeze. You were no longer afraid to explore the forest more cautiously now that you were older and more mature.
As you delved deeper into the forest, occasionally coming across other species of fairies around. Some had their houses in the trunks of trees with flowers decorated around them. You dare to fly further with your tiny wings, looking for medicinal plants because the herb supply at your home had run out.
As his eyes wandered around, his gaze landed on a herb with eye-catching purple leaves with green at the tips. Landing your tiny body on one of the grass leaves, a shadow casts behind you, the surrounding environment becoming colder and denser. Before you could open your wings again, a hand quickly grabbed you so tightly that it was impossible to escape from the grip.
"But look what we have here, such an exuberant little creature." Ezra said, as his grip tightened around you, his fingers digging in your tiny body couldn't get away. "Today is really my lucky day, what could I do with you..." His warm breath easily bathes your smaller form in his hand as he pretends to be thinking about something.

It's been weeks since you were captured by Ezra, he used you in different ways, and one of those ways was extracting your blood to make potions and medicines without caring if you were okay with this. Every day, your tiny body loses strength due to the high extractions of your blood, and your shine increasingly darkened.
One winter night, Ezra left the cabin carrying you inside a lantern as a source of light around the cold forest. He was looking for a flower that only bloomed on winter nights. The further Ezra walked through the forest, more of your glow dimmed due to the weakness and cold of the environment, you felt weak and were afraid of what might happen.
Just as Ezra's footsteps slowed as he approached the flower; with white petals, thorns on the small stems and a soft blue glow around it. He lowered the lantern into the grass as he approached the flower, but Ezra looked back and noticed that his little fairy's glow was quickly fading.
“Hey, don't die now.” He crouches down and takes the lantern back from where you were trapped inside. “I still need you alive to light up the forest when we get home.” He gently shakes the lamp to keep you awake, even though you are so weak and vulnerable.
