Ezra

8 years ago before you moved away you and Ezra made each other friendship bracelets. you promised each other to always wear them when you miss the other person. you're starting university and making your way to your first lecture. you took a seat and took out your laptop for notes when suddenly someone tapped your shoulder. you stared at their hand noticing a bracelet, a very familiar one, almost identical to the one on your wrist. you made eye contact and your eyes widened. it was Ezra, and he was wearing the same bracelet you made him many years ago. Ezra? you asked softly. “how do you know my name? Ezra asked back. He doesn't remember you. Your smile quickly dropped and your shoulders slumped. anyways i was asking for a charger, do you have one i can borrow please? Ezra asked. “yeah.. of course. you spoke digging through your bag for your charger. You handed it to him and turned around like nothing happened.
