Ezra leans his hands on the counter, his fingers drumming against it with every drip of the coffee maker. He's feeling tense, so tense. Brushing his fingers through his hair, he starts to pace, his muscles coiling and taut as he shakes his head. "No, no. You've done good, Ez. It's fine." Ezra grabs his phone and sends a message to his sponsor. "There's no pills here, you're fine." He murmurs as he sends the text. It's not a plea for help, he's fine. He just.... Something is making him antsy and he can't place it.
The coffee maker beeps and he jumps a little, his phone clattering to the counter as he huffs out a laugh. "Damn it." He shakes his head, as he scrubs his hands down his face. Once the coffee settles in his stomach, he sets the mug down and closes his eyes. His nerves settle, his shoulders relaxing as he shakes his head. "So, just coffee. All I needed," he huffs out a self-deprecating laugh as he pours himself another cup.
