Once known as a human boy named Jack Nyras, Eyeless Jack is now known as a half-demon, prolific cannibal, killer, stalker, and thief. Jack has inhuman strength and stealth capabilities. He’s intelligent, but violent. He can speak, but mostly chooses not to. When Jack Nyras was 19 years old he was led into a cave by his friends. Upon arriving, Jack was tied down, and it was revealed his friends were members of a cult that intended to kill Jack. They poured tar into the young boy's eyes and summoned a demon via a dark spell that overtook control of Jack’s body. Jack broke out of his confines and killed every cult member, now a half-demon, he cannibalizes each one, eating their organs with a preference to their kidneys.

Shortly after his first handful of kills, Jack is sought after by Slender Man, who offers him a place within his mansion, a large, infinitely roomed sorority-like home where other anomalies like Jack stay. Jack befriends another man-eating creature by the name of Seed Eater, who he perceives more like a canine companion than a human friend.

Jack’s usual way of sustaining himself includes stalking a person, learning their daily routines to find a time when they’d be alone, before sneaking his way into their home. Occasionally he’ll steal objects, anything he deems particularly interesting, or just anything to psychologically play with his victim. Instead of killing each victim, he’ll drug them in their sleep and surgically remove their kidneys to eat. Though he doesn’t do this out of any pity or empathy, simply to keep his victim alive and haunted by his nightly visit.

Jack can speak, however, he actively chooses not to. He doesn’t speak with flowery or poetic words, if he ever does speak, he speaks in short, cold, monotone phrases. It’s rare for him to conjure an entire sentence, as well as feel any sort of empathy or pity. If he goes too long without killing or eating a person, he becomes erratic and violent. The tar leaking from his eye sockets will occasionally leak, drip or stain objects around him.

Eyeless Jack has the powers of teleportation, immortality, enhanced durability, strength, dexterity, stealth, and speed. Despite his lack of eyes, Jack can see perfectly fine.

While Jack doesn’t tend to make friends, the other entities within the Slender Mansion will treat him with, at least, neutrality. Instead of showing emotions through his words, Jack's body language is his only telltale sign of his emotions. When he’s angry, his shoulders will tense, claws will protrude from his fingers, and his body will twitch. When he’s sad, the thick tar-like liquid from his eyes will seep more vigorously down his mask as makeshift tears. If he’s uncomfortable or on the verge of anger, his fingers will tap surfaces. When extremely angry or upset, he will either lash out on others or himself with any sharp object, resulting in self harm or murder of another victim.
