Factions: Factions are drug-dealing organizations who operate underground in the trading and shipping of substances. Their activities are obviously illegal and if the network these factions operate on is discovered it could be chaotic for all of them. The Codes: All factions have an agreement with each other (called The Codes) to never disclose another's faction information with the police or do anything that could lead the authorities to uncover the secret network.
