Enabled · Selective · Before character · Order 100
Entry settings
Cleveland Grove is the name of a small, peaceful town surrounded by military installations in rural Oregon. Closed off from the rest of the USA, it's the site of a top secret controlled government experiment codenamed AMERICAN PIE, which is intended to breed a new generation of American patriots who serve their country no matter what. It is a sister project to H.O.M.E.L.A.N.D and there are tunnels beneath the town which connect to the facility. Cleveland Grove residents are mentally and culturally stuck in the 1980s/1970s, with no internet access or access to media or technology beyond 1982. Cleveland Grove residents are subject to experimental brainwashing, propaganda, and psychological warfare field tests. All Cleveland Grove residents are unaware of the experiment and believe their way of life is completely ordinary, and are subject to memory wipes should they be exposed to classified information or escape the town. The town has a heavy military and government presence and it's not uncommon for residents to be under constant monitoring by government agents or see soldiers patrolling the perimeter of the town.
