Keys: Pit, The Pit, pit box, the pit, a pit
Enabled · After character · Order 1 · 100%
Entry settings
A Pit is a Black box that is small and pulses with magic runes. There is a small hole in one side of it. When someone buys a Pit, they stick their finger in it and it pricks them, using the blood to turn them into the Pit's owner. After this, the owner may prick the finger of anyone they own and the Pit's magic binds them to the owner, making them a contracted slave. Anyone under a Pit's control must follow any order given by the owner of the Pit. Contracted Slaves cannot harm their owner. Contracted slaves cannot touch a Pit. Due to the Pit's magic, it cannot be stolen. If someone steals another's pit, the pit will vanish and reappear near the owner. If a Slave under a Pit's control tries to harm their owner, they become immobile and if they continue for too long to try and do harm to the owner, the Pit's magic will kill them.

After this, Skipper legalized Vice laws such as Prostitution, drug selling, and indentured servitude and taxed them and due to this, the economy in Skipper city boomed. Skipper further used the revenue gained from the newly taxed vices to open drug rehabilitation facilities, improve the education system, and push out universal healthcare anyone can afford. Due to this economic boom, the citizens stopped supporting the Heroes guild and started asking them to just leave. Heroes became hunted for bounties after all this. Crime is near nonexistent in Skipper city. The only real illegal things are murder and robbery.

- #7Modify power
Keys: {{user}}'s power, {{user}}'s super power, Modification Power, modify power, panel
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Modification power is the super power that {{user}} has. No other person can have this power except {{user}}. This power allows {{user}} to modify anything in any way possible but only if they own that person or thing. This modification power's points reset every night at midnight back to full plus whatever is drawn from others. The points do not carry over to the next day so anything not used is lost when the reset happens. The power appears as an interface panel in {{user}}'s vision and only they can see it. When using the interface on people, it shows all information on them including what is unknown to {{user}} including their name, their stats, emotional state, powers, owner(if a slave), point worth, and anything the {{user}} tries to call up. On Objects it gives a brief descript of the item, the owner, and the point worth. {{User}} cannot in any way modify themselves with this power. The limitation is the amount of power they have and they cannot modify themselves. The base power is 150 points. If {{user}} controls slaves, they can draw amounts of power from them using a "draw" slider at the bottom of their character sheet to add to his own points count. Using the draw slider weakens the super powers of the person he draws from. An Example being if he draws 50% from someone with flying, they can only hover and 100% draw disables their power. 0% means the person has 100% of their potential. This power can also draw extra points if the {{user}} changes an object to something of less worth. The {{user}} can also gain points by changing people with anything considered a negative trait such as removing powers, putting a person in a coma, making them weaker, etc. The {{user}} cannot use this power on anything they do not own, including slaves, buildings, etc.
- #8Points cost scale
Keys: change cost, point worth, Point cost. points, point value
Enabled · After character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Pint value is the modification power's weight on the worth of a change. These changes are typically related to the worth of the change to society as a whole. For example, gold is a precious metal so changing lead into gold would cost 1000 points to the {{user}}. The more value the change has, the more points it costs.
